Medical consumables are essential consumables in medical practice.With the advent of an aging population,the hospital's medical business will continue to develop at a high speed.More and more new and high-tech disposable materials will be applied to clinical medical,diagnostic,and nursing work.Every year,it is growing at an alarming rate.Its quality,application safety issues,rationality and suitability have increasingly become the focus of attention of competent authorities and patients at all levels.This puts higher requirements on the hospital's refined management of consumables,and the impact on hospital economic management is also growing.With the implementation of medical reform measures such as"zero supply of consumables"and "two-vote system",medical consumables can no longer bring direct economic benefits to hospitals,but instead become a burden of management costs.The past methods of consumables management are no longer suitable for the continuous deepening of the current medical and health system reform.The refined management of medical consumables studied in this paper and the inventory and supply problems under this model can not only apply the advanced management theory of foreign countries in the field of medical and health,but also reduce the operating costs of hospitals and optimize the allocation of hospital health resources.Improving the competitiveness of hospitals is also of great practical significance.The research target G hospital is a large-scale comprehensive tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province.It has advanced management methods in the field of medical consumables management,and the hospital has a high level of informationization and strong representativeness.The authors organize,collect,and read the relevant professional management literature,and interview the Finance Department,Logistics Center and related medical staff of G Hospital.Based on this,the current situation and problems of medical supplies management in G hospital are analyzed and analyzed.The entry point is the process of various consumables management work,summarizing the five points of the informationization degree of G hospital,supplier management,inventory management of consumables,personnel arrangement and cost accounting of consumables,emphasizing the fine management of medical consumables.importance.In response to these shortcomings,the medical supply chain model based on the meticulous management improvement measures of medical consumables was proposed.Two different management processes were designed for low-value consumables and high-value consumables,and low-value consumables were also included in the "zero inventory" management.By constructing a refined management process for consumables based on the medical supply chain,under the premise of ensuring the timely and safe supply of medical materials in hospitals,through the specialized division of labor,the zero occupation of medical supplies of G hospitals is realized.Secondly,the "zero inventory" management of low-value consumables can make the ward cost accounting more accurate,and there will be no use due to the consumption of too much consumables in a certain month,the imbalance of income and expenditure caused by inventory backlog,and even expenditure.More than income.Moreover,this paper innovatively introduces the three-exponential smoothing model mainly used for traffic and railway passenger traffic forecasting to introduce the demand forecast of low-value consumables in ward.After empirical analysis,the average error between the predicted and actual values is 10%,which is more accurate than the prediction results of other models.By predicting the demand for low-value consumables,the logistics center can better control the inventory of low-value consumables,and it is also convenient for them to distribute consumables for each ward,which can free medical personnel from the cumbersome consumables..Finally,the author designed five simple collaborative information systems for G hospital from the perspectives of supply procurement,logistics management of consumables,supplier qualification management,and data management,which provided direction for the informationization of G hospital.Although the introduction of medical supply chain management mode into medical consumables management has the advantages of cost saving,efficiency improvement,and reduced capital occupation,due to the speciality and professionalism of medical consumables,including its irreplaceable role in medical and health care,medical consumables The management does not only need to consider its cost,its security and effectiveness can not be ignored.Moreover,due to the different levels of informationization in different hospitals,this model may not be extended to all hospitals in China in the short term,and its practical significance has certain limitations.
