Clinical Research On Ruexiaoling Decoction For Acute Purelent Tonsillitis Of Children Caused By Exuberance Of Both Lung And Stomach Heat

Objective:Grouping and comparison of clinical cases of the Ruexiaoling decoction for Acute purelent tonsillitis of children caused by exuberance of both lung and stomach heat.To provided superiority of TCM drug compatibility should be fully developed and provided better reference value for treating infantile Acute tonsillitis.Methods:According to the statistical principle of random and control,82 eligible subjects were divided into two groups except the shedding case.There were 33 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given Ruexiaoling decoction and the control group was given Qingyanlige soup.The course of treatment was 5 days.Changes in TCM syndromes,leukocyte and C-reactive protein before and the treatment were compared between two groups,finally evaluated the clinical therapeutic effects,Leukocyte recovery,and the safety of Ruexiaoling decoction.Results:1.Evaluation of TCM syndromes:(1)The cure rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group by rank sum test(p<0.05).(2)The two groups has beeter curative effect compared with that in the group after treatment the total score of TCM syndrome(P<0.01).The effective rate of the two groups was one hundred percent.2.Comparison of single TCM symptom scores:(1)The symptom of the traditional Chinese medicine experimental group and control group has obviously improved after the treatment(p<0.05),the treatment of two groups can improve significantly the main symptoms of children with acute purulent tonsillitis.(2)the difference of the two groups in improving the major symptoms after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.(3)Curative effect of five TCM syndrome,the experimental group in improving cough,thirst,tongue and other symptoms significantly better than the control group.the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),there was no significant difference in improving fever and fidgety between the test group and the control group(P=1).But the time of fever and the subsidized time of the purulent discharge of the tonsillar were shorter than those in the control group.(4)The effective rate of the two groups was one hundred percent,but the cure rate in the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01).3.Safety evaluation:There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment period according to safety index.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis significantly,Rexiaoling soup is better than the effect of Qingyanlige soup in improving local diaphragm,sore throat,swollen tonsils hyperemia mainly,cough,thirst,tongue and other the syndrome of exuberance of both lung and stomach heat of the acute purulent tonsillitis of children.
