A Study On The Pathogenesis And The Rule Of Medication Of Eye Diseases In "Shen Shi Yao Han" Based On The Theory Of Five Movements And Six Qi Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Based on the in-depth excavation of the theory of Wu Yun Liu Qi and the clinical application value of <ShenShiYaoHan>,Based on the theory of Wuyun Liuqi of traditional Chinese medicine,this article studies the Wuyun Liuqi conditions and medication rules of the disease of<ShenShiYaoHan>to guide the prevention and treatment of clinical eye diseases.Methods: The condition of five movements and six Qi of eye diseases in <ShenShiYaoHan>was studied by content Analysis;Use mathematical statistical methods to enter the relevant contents of the first prescription of <ShenShiYaoHan>Volume III to Volume VI 286;With the aid of the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform system,based on a complex system clustering algorithm,the core combination of drugs of the opposite agent is analyzed,and the drug correlation analysis results based on the improved mutual information method are used as the basis,Cluster analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the prescriptions and drugs,and the regularity of 286 prescriptions for the treatment of eye diseases in<ShenShiYaoHan> Volume III to Volume VI was studied.Results:1.The theory of "five movements and six Qi" in the first volume of <ShenShiYaoHan> records the sexual taste of the drugs suitable for the treatment of diseases under different conditions of qi movement.Compared with the treatment principles under different conditions of five movements and six Qi in < Huangdi's Internal Classic >,it is simpler.2.The five transportations and six Qi conditions for the occurrence of Solid ophthalmopathy represented by "red eyes",include the first Qi in the year of Shaoyin Sitian,the second Qi,the first Qi in the year of Shaoyang Sitian,the third Qi in the year of Sui jin Taiguo and the year of Yangming Sitian;The main pathogenic factors were heat pathogen and wind pathogen.The main drugs were clearing away heat and removing the surface,expelling wind and promoting blood circulation.The main drugs were cold and warm in four Qi,and the main drugs were pungent,bitter and sweet in five flavors.3."Eye canthus ulcer" is a typical eye disease,which is easy to occur under the conditions of five transportations and six Qi,including three Qi in the year of Shaoyin Sitian,The first and third Qi of Sitian in Yangming and the year of Suijin Taiguo.The disease is mainly caused by pathogenic heat,and the drug is mainly used for invigorating blood and activating blood circulation,relieving exterior and dispelling wind.The four Qi drugs are mainly warm and cold drugs,and the five flavors are mainly sweet,spicy and bitter drugs.4.The conditions of five transportations and six Qi that are easy to occur in " Asthenia ophthalmopathy represented by "dazed eyes" include: two Qi and four Qi in the year of Shaoyin Sitian,the second half of the year of Shaoyin Sitian,In the first half of the year of Shuiyun Buji,the first half of the year of Sitian in Yangming;Pathogenic heat is the main cause of the disease.The drugs are mainly used to relieve the deficiency of the surface,regulate the liver and nourish the blood.The drugs are mainly cold and warm,and the five are mainly sweet,bitter and bitter.5.The eye disease caused by wind evil,represented by "tear out",is easy to happen in the condition of three Qi in the year of Jueyin Shitian.Pathogenic wind is the main cause of the disease.The drugs are mainly used to relieve the symptoms and dispel the wind,invigorate the blood and promote blood circulation.The drugs are mainly warm and cold,and the five are mainly sweet,bitter
