A Study On The Liver Visceral Manifestation Theory Of Huangdi's Internal Classic Of Medicine Based On Knowledge Discovery In Database

Purpose:This thesis aims at systematically collecting and collating the liver visceral manifestation theory of Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine and the related annotations made by the 14 specialists,YANG Shang-shan,WANG Bing,HUA Shou,MA Shi,WU Kun,ZHANG Jie-bin,LI Zhong-zi,ZHANG Zhi-cong,GAO Shi-zong,WANG Ang,YAO Zhian,HUANG Yuan-yu,Tanba Yuan(Japanese),and CHEN Xiu-yuan.With the database of the liver visceral manifestation theory of Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine and the annotations of the 14 specialists,the thesis applies knowledge discovery and theoretical research method to conduct knowledge discovery research,in order to explore the potential knowledge and laws,and provide an effective research method for the study of the visceral manifestation theory of the Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine.Material and method:The thesis conducts its study with the following versions of Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine: Ling Shu Jing(Zhao Fu Ju Jing Tang version,Ming Dynasty)published by People's Health Press in 1956,Chong Guang Bu Zhu Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine's Suwen(Gu Congde,Ming Dynasty).The annotations of the 14 specialists are Qianzhu.The method of research is the combination of knowledge discovery and traditional theoretical research.collecting and collating the basic data,including the basic attributes,physiological functions,physiological characteristics,relationship between liver and other viscera,pathological phenomena and treatment of liver visceral manifestation theory in Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine.Using SQL Servers database management system,and using Microsoft Visual C# as an application development tool,we built fourteen database system of liver visceral manifestation theory in Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine,and carried out knowledge discovery research and Discussion on the basis of it.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the overview of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine,making an accurate definition of the subject scope and classification standard of liver visceral manifestation theory.The second part focuses on the database system of the annotations of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine.On the basis of determining the edition of Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine,the annotations of the 14 specialists,database management system and the tools of application development,,this part establishes the structure of the database,determines the overall design mode of the system,designs the functional modules of the application program,and implements the data preprocessing and data entry of the database system,so as to prepare for the knowledge discovery in the database in the next step.The third part is knowledge discovery and discussion,devoting to the construction of theoretical knowledge discovery model of liver visceral manifestation theory in Huangdi's Internal Classic of Medicine,discovery of knowledge,together with analysis and discussion of the results.The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect.The content and Results of the Research:1.The degree of correlation between annotator knowledge points is given by the matrix of annotator knowledge points.By matrix analysis,it can be concluded that the correlation with ZHANG Zhi-cong and GAO Shi-zong is low and the correlation with other annotators is high.2.The results of word frequency analysis of 17 pairs of selected words show that “Liver-qi” is of the highest frequency,which is 52 times.The reason for this analysis is that during the period of Internal Classic of Medicine,when discussing the physiology and pathology of liver viscera-state,there are more discussions about the level of qi,which is related to the philosophy thought at that time.The frequency of “Liver-fire” is the lowest,which is only once.It is concluded that there is no " liver fire" to describe the pathological phenomena in modern times in the era of Internal Classic of Medicine,and the theory of “Liver-fire” is played by later physicians in describing the pathological manifestations of liver.3.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of fourteen annotations of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine through the database of fourteen annotations of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine.YANG Shang-shan's annotation features as follows: “liver giving away soul” is the core function of the liver;it has a strong Buddhist color;the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Taisu reflects DAO Yi's thought,and the theory of “liver and gallbladder” should be the first in the theory of “gallbladder governing the spring and invigorating qi” in later generations.WANG Bing's annotation of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Suwen can be summarized as follows: when he annotates the theory of Internal Classic of Medicine,the ancient literature is taken as the documentary evidence of his annotation,so that the content of his annotation is clearer.Its annotation has a strong Taoist thought.The theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine is explained by Yunqi theory.HUA Shou's annotation of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Suwen can be summarized as follows: the clinical foundation is deep,and the annotation theory attaches importance to the combination of practice;meridian theory has been focused.HUA Shou's method of classification and copy has played a leading role in later generations of physicians.MA Shi's annotation on the theoretical characteristics of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine can be summarized as follows: Suwen and Lingshu note each other's evidence,the note is detailed and thorough.WU Kun's annotation of the theoretical characteristics of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine: elucidating the new ideas and making up for the unprepared notes;the notes are closely related to clinical practice.The features of ZHANG Jie-bin's annotation on the theoretical characteristics of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine can be summarized as: having elucidated the pathogenesis based on the theory of Yunqi,emphasized the essence and blood homologous,liver and kidney complement,and paid attention to emotional power,reliable query and statistical results,and can provide stable and reliable technical support for the study of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine and the annotation of the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine by doctors in past dynasties.2.The application of knowledge discovery method provides a new method for the study of viscera-state theory in Internal Classic of Medicine.Knowledge discovery comes from the application of modern information technology.Its mode of thinking is mainly from western conceptual thinking and logical thinking.whether it can be applied to the study of TCM literature depends mainly on whether it can properly grasp the application scale,and whether it can be used reasonably and achieve the effective integration between disciplines.In this study,the theory of liver visceral manifestation theory in Internal Classic of Medicine and annotations by the annotators are constructed into a structured database,which is convenient for the management of TCM digital resources and knowledge discovery.In the process of knowledge discovery,the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is not only to believe the information “mined” from the database,but also to find useful knowledge through human discrimination.The purpose of knowledge discovery is to improve the efficiency,but not to replace the main role of people.3.The cross and fusion of disciplines can be used for reference in methodology,but the appropriate research methods
