| Objective: This study was a clinical observation,which mainly studied one of the Chinese classical prescriptions named Yueju Wan combined Sini Powder in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(belonging to the syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi and stomach-Qi)that met the syndrome differentiation standard in traditional Chinese medicine and diagnostic criteria in western medicine,through diagnosis and treatment methods of TCM syndrome differentiation.Symptom scores,gastroscope and pathological improvement of patients before and after treatment were evaluated and analyzed to verify the clinical efficacy of Yueju Wan combined Sini Powder in the treatment of CAG patients,which may provide a new treatment way for chronic atrophic gastgastritis in clinic.Methods: From September 2018 to September 2019,a whole one year,patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis(belonging to the syndrome of stagnation of liver-Qi and stomach-Qi)were recruited from professor Liu Tie-Jun's outpatient clinic in the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,whom diagnosed by syndrome differentiation of TCM and diagnostic criteria of western medicine.In this study,a total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were recruited.According to the randomized control method,these patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The treatment group was given Yueju Wan combined Jiawei Sini Powder orally,and the control group was given Weisu granule.After the treatment,the total therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated by comparing the improvement of TCM symptoms,gastroscope and pathological changes before and after treatment.In summary,it can be concluded that the application of the Chinese classical prescription,Yueju Wan combined Jiawei Sini Powder,in the treatment of CAG was obviously better than that of Weisu granules.Results: The results of clinical study showed that: at the aspect of the improvement of main symptoms,the total effective rates of the treatment group reached to 86.67% and thatof the control group reached to 73.33%.Comparing the total effective rates of gastroscope,which in the treatment group was 86.67% and in the control group was 70.00%.Comparing scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the integral mean value of the total scores in the treatment group was 9.33±4.49 and 7.87±5.73,respectively,and that in the control group was 9.30 ± 4.79 and 9.20 ± 6.34,respectively.Comparing pathological improvement of the two groups of patients: The integral mean value of the total scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was 5.17 ± 3.23 and 3.03 ± 3.01,respectively,which in the control group was 5.40±3.48 and 4.00±3.42,respectively.The above data were tested by rank sum,which showed that all P were less than 0.05,so the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical symptoms and pathological results of patients after the treatment were significantly reduced compared to that before the treatment,moreover,the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The Chinese classical prescription named Yueju Wan combined Jiawei Sini Powder can significantly relieve symptoms such as epigastric distending pain or fullness,distending pain in hypochondrium,irritability,frequent belching and chest distress in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis belonging to the syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi and stomach-qi.Through tracking observation of results of gastroscopy and pathology in three courses of treatment,it was enough to prove that Yueju Wan combined Jiawei Sini Powder can improve the inflammation,atrophy,and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa,and can further delay or even prevent the progression of chronic atrophic gastritis to gastric cancer.The curative effect of the TCM decoction was better than that of the Weisu granules,and it was worthy of clinical application. |
