Clinical Observation Of Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach) With Xin Jia Tang Combined With Dang Gui Sini Tang Decoction

Objective: This topic for the use of traditional Chinese medicine by the party flavored treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency cold syndrome)clinical observation.Based on the experimental study and verify the new added four decoction and angelica decoction of the clinical curative effect,as well as to the application of the combined party flavored,on this basis,provide new method for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,new direction,and to summarize tutor professor Liu Tie-Jun "Wen Yang Tong vein " academic thought for the treatment of spleen and stomach disease.Methods: From September 2017 to September 2018,,patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach)who visited the outpatient clinic of professor Liu Tie-Jun's studio in the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.A total of 72 cases were completed in this study,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Xin Jia Tang combined with Dang Gui Sini Tang,while the control group was treated with XiangSha YangWei pill.After treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms of the patients before and after treatment was compared,the changes of gastroscopy and pathology were observed,and the differences before and after treatment were compared.Results: According to the treatment plan,after the removal of 12 patients,60 patients completed the study.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.33% and 73.33% respectively.To observe the improvement of main clinical symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 83.33% and 70.00%,respectively.The results of gastroscope was observed,the treatment group before and after treatment the total integral mean value was 4.78±1.77,0.77±1.33 mm;The control group before and after treatment the total integral mean value was 4.93±2.69,2.50±3.13 mm.Clinical symptoms was observed,the treatment group before and after treatment the total integral mean value was 18.10±6.17,5.06±4.57mm;The control group before and after treatment the total integral mean value was 18.33±5.45,8.93±5.91 mm.The above data were statistically significant after statistical treatment.To sum up,it can be concluded that the curative effect of Xin Jia Tang and Dang Gui Sini Tang decoction combined with angelica sinensis decoction in the treatment of this disease is better than that of XiangSha YangWei pill..Conclusion: Xin Jia Tang combined with Dang Gui Sini Tang for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with deficiency and cold syndrome of spleen and stomach has obvious curative effect in alleviating symptoms,improving gastric mucosa inflammation,atrophy and intestinal metaplasia,and can further prevent and delay the occurrence of the disease.Its curative effect is obviously better than XiangSha YangWei pill.
