| Purpose: Through the random,controlled clinical trial observation,compare the clinical symptoms before and after changes and the total efficiency and safety in the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency type cardiac neurosis patients in Tonga,further clarify the clinical exact curative effect of xuxin decoction for Qi and blood deficiency type cardiac neurosis,and provide new treatment methods and ideas for treating cardiac neurosis by traditional Chinese medicine.Method: All the cases collected in this study were inpatients in the Department of Cardiology or outpatient clinic of the hospital of Changchun traditional Chinese medicine University between 2017 January and 2018.The patients included in the case study were cardiac neurosis(asthenia),which was expected to include 72 cases.The test group gave the new green granules of Zhi Huan soup(Dangshen 25 g,Shenghuangqi 25 g,Danggui 20 g,Chuanxiong 15 g,Huanglian 15 g,Rougui 10 g,Jiangbanxia 15 g,Fuling 25 g,Yuanzhi 15 g,Suanzaoren 15 g,Chaihu 25 g,Hehuanpi 25 g,Gansong 15 g,Jiangxiang 10 g,foaming50-100 ml,2 oral treatments);The control group was treated with Western medicine.The duration of the treatment was four weeks.The safety indexes of blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,Cr)were examined before and after the study.Note the changes of vital signs such as P,R,T and BP,and record the occurrence of adverse reactions,shedding and elimination.Through random and comparative experiments,the scores of symptoms,total scores of symptoms,effective rates and quality of life of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment were compared,and test data were obtained.statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the test data statistically(t test was used for measurement data,x2 test was used for counting data),and the curative effect was evaluated.Result: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of baseline: age,sex and course of disease(P > 0.05).2.Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups of TCM symptom score and TCM symptom score(P > 0.05).3.After treatment,the mean score score difference of T= 3.590,P=0.001 < 0.05 was different after treatment.4.9 cases(25.0 %),8 cases(22.2 %),18 cases(50.0 %),1 case(2.8 %),97.2 %,2cases(5.6 %),2 cases(5.6 %),15 cases(41.7 %),17 cases(47.2 %),52.8 %.The total score of TCM symptom in test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).5.Compared with P 0.05 in the test group of Chinese medicine,the symptoms were statistically significant.Compared the two groups,there was no statistical significance on the symptoms of insomnia,dreaminess and mood depression(P > 0.05).6.The scores of quality of life in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the scores of SF-36 self-rating scale of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(p < 0.05).7.There were no abnormal safety indexes(P > 0.05)in the two groups of patients after treatment,such as blood reexamination,urine routine,liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,Cr).Conclusion: 1.After the treatment,the total symptom score and the symptom score of TCM were reduced,which shows that it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart neurosis.2.Test group Chinese medicine symptom total integral curative effect,each symptom integral curative effect is obviously higher than that of control group,show that the treatment of cardiac neurosis(Qi and blood deficiency type)patient curative effect is obvious,for Chinese medicine clinical treatment cardiac neurosis provides a new idea.3.After treatment,the scores of quality of life in both groups improved,indicating that both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.4.the heart maintenance chaihuan soup has no effect on the safety index of patients with cardiac neurosis(Qi and blood deficiency),good safety,can be extended. |
