Objective:By means of using the five elements music therapy of TCM to cure the coronary heart disease winth unstable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis),so as to appraise its availability and safety,and to explore its academic vaule and application value.Methods:This subject study adopted perspective,radom,contrast study,be up to the mustard of 72 patients random divided into two groups,with treatment group and control group,each group was 36 cases.Orthonormal western medicine to control group.The treatment group added the five elements music therapy,each group treat eight weeks.According to the 8th week as the point of therapeutic evaluation,to observe the living quality effect,angina pectoris effect,nitroglycerin reduction rate,electrocardiogram effect,TCM symptom score and other indicators,to validate the clinical effect and security of the project?Results:1.The curative effect of living quality: At the PL?AS?AF?TS?DS aspects posttreatment,the symptom of two groups compared with throse prior treatment have significant improvement.Comparison among groups,the treatment group preceded control group.2.Anginal curative effect:After treatment,integral and total effective of anginal curative of treatment group was better than the control group,all P<0.05.3.The comparison of glonoin reduction rates:The effective rate of treatment group was 79.41 percent,control group was 52.94 percent,P<0.05,had significant difference.4.Efficacy analysis of ECG:The effective of treatment group was 47.06 percent,the effective of treatment group was35.29 percent,P>0.05,the difference had no statistical significance.5.Integral and curative of syndrome of Chinese medicine: After treatment,integral and total effective of Chinese medicine of treatment group was better than the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion:The five elements music therapy to cure coronary heart disease(Qi-stagnation and blood stasis),easy and simple to operate,efficacy is obvious,can generalize to use for cure mind and body of patients,improve prognosis.
