| Objective: To observe the effect of Chailing Danting Decoction on TCM syndrome score,NYHA functional classif ication,serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walk test(6MWT)and safety indexes in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with heart failure of qi stagnation,blood stasis a nd water arrest syndrome,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chailing Danting Decoction,and to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of CHD with heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,62 patients with chronic heart failure of qi stagnation,blood stasis and water stagnation type who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 202 3 were selected and divided into the test group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1 according to the random number table,31 cases in each grou p.Th e control group was treated with the co nventional western medicine treatment program for c oronary heart disease and heart failure,and the test group was treated with the conventional western medicine treatment + oral Chinese medicine Chailing Danting Decoction,with a test cycle of 1 month.Relevant data,including changes in TCM syndrome,lef t ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac function,NT-pro B NP,6-minute walk distance and safety,were collected from each subject before and after treatment and analyzed by statistical software.Results: In this trial,62 patients were enrolled.T wo patients did not complete the trial due to detachment and failure to take drugs regularly.Finally,a total of 60 subjects were included in the statistical analysis.Through statistical analysis,LVEF,6-minute walk distance and cardiac functional class ification after treatment in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the test group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05);NT-pro BNP,Minnesota heart failure quality of life points and TCM syndrome score af ter treatment in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the test group was su perior to the control group(P < 0.0 5).During the trial,1 patient in each group had mild retching symptoms after starting medication,and the other patients had no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Chailing Danting Decoction c ombined with conventional western medicine treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,heart failure score,improve cardiac functional classification,p rolong left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease heart failure of qi stagnation,blood stasis and water arrest type,and has good clinical safety. |
