Resources Investigation And Quality Evaluation Of Gentian In Changbai Mountains

Objective: Understand the distribution area,growth environment,population status,etc.of gentian plants in Changbai Mountain,Jilin Province,and the planting areas,methods,and scales of gentian cultivation.Continuous development and utilization provide theoretical basis.A multi-test method(QAMS)was established to determine the content of gentiopicroside,argentin,and argentin in gentian,and the quality of gentian was comprehensively evaluated by combining fingerprints.Dynamic monitoring of gentian processing,exploring the effects of processed pieces on quality,and finding the process that has the greatest impact on quality,can provide a reference for other medicinal materials with similar processing methods.Methods: Using methods such as stepping investigations,site surveys,and visits to understand and count gentian resources in the area.The gentiopicrin content in gentian samples was measured by one-standard multi-test method,and the content of gentiopicrin and gentianin were calculated,and the fingerprint of gentian was established,which was used to evaluate the quality of gentian.Orthogonal test plan was set to determine the best processing method of gentian in the laboratory environment,and based on this,the test scale was expanded,and actual production was performed on the decoction production line.Perform a holistic analysis.Results: Wild gentian is distributed in all areas of Changbai Mountain.However,due to natural and man-made reasons,the quantity and quality of wild resources are generally decreasing.Most regions have a history of gentian cultivation.However,in recent years due to market conditions and planting problems,At present,cultivated gentian is only distributed in Jingyu County,Baishan City.Establish a multi-test method and conduct a methodological investigation to confirm that the method is accurate and effective.Taking gentiopicrin as a reference,the average values of the relative correction factors of argentin and argentin were 0.754 and 0.600,respectively,and the RSDs were 0.45% and 0.32%.0.602%,RSD is 0.32%,0.47%.There is no significant difference between the results obtained by the one-standard multi-test method and the external standard method.Combined with the gentian fingerprint,it was concluded that the quality of Gentiana scabra Bge.and Gentiana manshurica Kitag.was better than that of Gentiana rigescens Franch..The process of washing,moisturizing,and drying during the processing of gentian decoction pieces has an impact on the quality of gentian,among which drying has the greatest impact on quality.Conclusion: Human factors and natural causes lead to the overall reduction of gentian resources.To this end,measures should be taken to actively respond,while conducting scientific research and exploring scientific methods for protecting and developing resources.The relative correction factor established by the one-standard multi-test method is accurate and can be used for determination of gentian content.Compared with the external standard method,the content of the component to be tested can be accurately obtained in the absence of a reference substance,which saves test costs.In the study of the effect of processed pieces on quality,the drying process has a great influence on the content of gentiopicrin and extracts,which indicates that in the actual production process,special attention should be paid to the drying process.The cause and mechanism of the impact need to be further studied.
