| Objective: The research of the quality control on jianlongdan medicine and its herbs pieces from different place of Guizhou province.Aiming at examining its quality stability by the method of the HPLC fingerprints, exploring the new method of controlling the quality of it and its herbs pieces, and providing some experimental evidences for the foundation of the quality standard of it.Methods: The research chooses 12 batches of jianlongdan from different parts of Guizhou province.The extract methods of gentiopicroside and processing technology of its herbs pieces were sdudied by orthogonal experiments. To examine the quality of jianlongdan medicine and its herbs pieces.To research the content of gentiopicroside, water and ash about medicine and its herbs pieces from different place of guizhou province.The result is that the quality of janlongdan accord with the 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The experiment adopts HPLC to analyze the fingerprints of jianlongdan medicine and its herbs pieces, introduces 2004A edition of the evaluation system on similitude degree of chromatogram fingerprint of chinese traditional medicine compiled by the State Pharmacopeia Committee of China to evaluate the HPLC fingerprints of jianlongdan medicine and its herbs pieces, chooses 12 batches of representative the medicine and its herbs pieces to establish the common mode of the HPLC fingerprints of the medicine and its herbs pieces, and analyzes the similitude degree of the medicine and its herbs pieces coming from different parts of Guizhou to examine the stability of Guizhou's jianlongdan medicine and its herbs pieces. Reflecting the changes of chemical components before and after the processing by comparing their respective common mode of HPLC fingerprints.Result: To determine the pre-treatment process of quality analysis about jianlongdan, Including extraction Process and processing technology of its herbs pieces.To research the content of gentiopicroside, water and ash about medicine and its herbs pieces from different place of guizhou province.The result is that the quality of janlongdan accord with the 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia;at present, it has not the quality control of jianlongdan herbs pieces,so the result could refer the reference to establish the quality control of jianlongdan herbs pieces.The research establishes the investigating method of analyzing the HPLC fingerprints and testing the components quantity simultaneously. It find out that the similitude degree of the 12 batches of Gentiana rigescens Franch and its herbs piece, the similitude degree of Gentiana rigescens Franch is between 0.951 and 0.998, and the similitude degree of its herbs piece ones is between 0.937 and 0.996;another is between 0.973 and 0.998. It also establishes the common mode of the HPLC fingerprint of the 12 batches of Gentiana rigescens Franch and their herbs piece and confirms that their common peak. The content of gentiopicroside of in jianlongdan are 17.27～48.37mg·g-1 and their herbs piece (15.90～50.95mg·g-1 ;17.61～47.11mg·g-1).Conclusion:To determine the quality of medicine and its herbs pieces and processing technology of the herbs pieces about jianlongdan.The analyzing method of HPLC fingerprint of jianlongdan and its herbs piece have the features of easy operation, high exactitude and excellent repetition which can be used to control the quality of the medicine and its herbs pieces. The majority of Guizhou's medicine and its herbs pieces of jianlongdan have stable quality which can be controlled, while some of them have diverse quality which need to be further investigated. |
