With gentiapicroside peak as the reference peak, 8 public peaks were determinated, the HPLC fingerprint of wild Gentiana scabra Bge. and culture Gentiana scabra Bge. from qingyuan county, Liaoning province were established.At the same time, UV and HPLC methods were used to determine the content of total secoiridoids and gentiapicroside in wild Gentiana scabra Bge. and culture Gentiana scabra Bge. from qingyuan county, Liaoning province.All the above works were helpful to the quality control of Gentiana scabra Bge. from qingyuan county, Liaoning province.
