Study On The Construction Of "Home Care Cloud Classroom" For Parents Of Children With Epilepsy

ObjectiveTo understand the status quo and influencing factors of the parental care ability of children with epilepsy,and to construct the implementation program of "home care cloud classroom" for parents of children with epilepsy according to the results of the current survey and in combination with qualitative interviews,so as to provide valuable reference for the training of the parental care ability of children with epilepsy.Methods1.Quantitative study on the parental care ability of children with epilepsyBased on the literature research foundation,convenience sampling in September 2018 at children's hospital in henan province and zhengzhou university first affiliated hospital outpatient or inpatient visit parents of 314 children with epilepsy,the questionnaire survey to investigate the status quo of epilepsy parents care ability,study the effects of related factors,to the late epilepsy parents "home care cloud classroom" implementation plan of the building to provide support.2.Study on parents' home care experience of children with epilepsyBasis based on previous research,interviews for parents of children with epilepsy and to explore the influencing factors of epilepsy parents care ability,using the phenomenological research method on issues of epilepsy parents care ability to in-depth interviews of the cognition and attitude,to supplement the lack of quantitative early,late for epilepsy parents "home care cloud classroom"implementation plan of the building.3.Construct the implementation plan of "home care cloud classroom" for parents of children with epilepsyBased on the previous research,the implementation program of "home care cloud classroom" for parents of children with epilepsy was developedThe first draft shall be revised by the expert group meeting law to form the final implementation plan.Results1.The overall care ability of parents of children with epilepsyThrough the questionnaire survey of 314 parents of children with epilepsy,it was found that the parents of children with epilepsy have a low level of disease care ability,indicating that the parents of children with epilepsy have a low level of care ability and a general level of care ability.The difficulty in disease management of parents of children with epilepsy is at a high level,indicating that the parents of children with epilepsy have more difficulty in disease management.Parents of children with epilepsy have a low level of epilepsy knowledge,indicating that parents of children with epilepsy have a poor grasp of epilepsy knowledge.2.Qualitatively,the factors restricting the parental care ability of children with epilepsy and the cultivation approaches were discussedIn the form of a semi-structured interview to collect data,interviews with the ability to participate in care level survey of 14 children with epilepsy parents,parents will eventually epilepsy care ability and the experience summarized as five major themes,respectively,are parents care ability is weak,epilepsy epilepsy parents psychological burden,epilepsy parents living pressure,support system is weak,epilepsy parents hope for professional support.3.Construct the implementation plan of"home care cloud classroom" for parents of children with epilepsyBased on the previous research,the implementation program of "home care cloud classroom" for parents of children with epilepsy was developed.The draft shall be revised by the expert group meeting method to form the final operation plan.Conclusion1.The scores of parental care ability and epilepsy knowledge mastery of children with epilepsy are still relatively low,and the scores of difficulty in disease management are still relatively high;2.Qualitative research summarized five topics:weak parental care ability,heavy psychological burden,increased life pressure,weak support system,and parents'expectation for professional support of children with epilepsy,and proposed countermeasures to further improve the parental care ability of children with epilepsy.3.Construct the implementation program of "home care cloud classroom" for parents of children with epilepsy,and lay a foundation for the training of parents' care ability of children with epilepsy.
