| Objective:To construct continue nursing cloud platform module's contents for elderly chronic diseases patients based on cloud computing and Internet of things technology.Optimize the resources from medical and patient side,in order to achieve the aim of resource sharing,real-time monitoring and make continue nursing intelligent and standardization.This measures meet the health needs of patients,provides the theory basis for the top-level design for the informatized management of the elderly chronic care in our country.Methods:Construct continue nursing cloud platform module's contents for elderly chronic diseases patients by method of literature research,group discussions and Delphi technique.Analysis of domestic and foreign literature research related to chronic disease management cloud platform,understand the present situation of chronic cloud platform;Group Discussion to selection of the basic content of the Elderly cloud platform module preliminary,and modify the content of index table after recovering the advice of experts,eventually finalize all levels;The Delphi method was used twice on 22 experts which comes from the field of clinical nursing,information management,administrative management,care management,community nursing,nursing education.The first and second rounds required 22 and 21 experts to the mark the importance and feasibility of indicators in questionnaire and propose their amendments,they were also asked to fill their basic information,familiarity of consulting content and judgment by.Our experts group modified the index content by two rounds of expert consultation.Excel 2010,SPSS20.0 software was use for statistical analysis.The response rate(%),the authority coefficients reflect the degree of enthusiasm and authoritative of experts;coefficient of variation and Kendall represent the coordination of expert opinion.Results:Through the above research methods,we construct continue nursing cloud platform module's contents of index system for elderly chronic diseases patients.Finally,determine the contents of the three-part inquiry.In the screening process,delete two secondary indexes,increased three secondary indexes and modify eight indexes.The positive coefficient by 2 rounds consultation were 95.45% and 95.24%,the number of comments as 72.4%.The average of authoritative coefficient was 0.8825.The coefficient of variation was range from 0.0702 ~ 0.1443,the differences were statistically significant by ?2 test(p <0.05).2 rounds of three-level indicators of harmony coefficient values were 0.178 and 0.405 shows perfect coordination.Conclusion:(1)This project based on nursing and informatics theory,through literature analysis,group discussion,the methods of Delphi expert consultation constructs the patients,the medical side and integrated cloud three parts of continue nursing cloud platform module's contents for elderly chronic diseases patients.(2)The construct of continue nursing cloud platform module's contents for elderly chronic diseases patients based on scientific and feasibility principle is reliable.(3)The module content can provide a theoretical basis of the top-level design for information management system of elderly chronic care in our country. |
