Objective: through randomized controlled trial to investigate the clinical effect of the eight extra meridians, acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke mainly, provide a clinical basis for the application of dysphagia acupuncture therapy combined with function training in the treatment of post stroke.Methods: in 2014 January ~2015 year in January my courtyard outpatient service and inpatient stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction in 60 cases, according to the random number table method, 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, control group given routine drug therapy and swallowing function training group of patients in the observation group in the control group based on the given acupuncture treatment, two groups of patients were treated for four weeks, compared two groups of patients after treatment clinical curative effect before and after treatment wa Tian drinking test score, dysphagia score and ability of daily living evaluation etc.Results:â‘ the observation group the total effective rate was 95%, the control group the total effective rate was 77.50%, by comparison, two patients in treatment group the total efficiency of the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);â‘¡Before treatment, two groups of patients Watian drinking experiment score difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); after treatment, scores of two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05); after the treatment, the observation group score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);â‘¢Before treatment, two groups of patients with dysphagia integral difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); after the treatment, the integral of two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05); after the treatment, the observation group integral was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);â‘£Before treatment, ADL score between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05); after treatment, two groups of patients with ADL scores were significantly increased(P<0.05); after treatment, ADL score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture eight extra meridians mainly in the treatment of post stroke swallowing dysfunction has a significant clinical efficacy, swallowing function training and the effect is better than the single, can effectively improve the swallowing function, treatment, promotion of further clinical study.
