Clinical Study Of Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction In Treating Spleen Deficiency Syndrome With Menstrual Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction on menorrhagia of spleen deficiency syndrome,and to evaluate its therapeutic effect,so as to provide further clinical and theoretical basis for the treatment of menorrhagia of spleen deficiency syndrome.Method:72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient and inpatient department of gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the time sequence of treatment: Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction group(treatment group)and Duyiwei Capsule group(control group).Before and after treatment,we observed the changes of menstrual bleeding chart score,TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and objectively evaluated the clinical effect of Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction on menorrhagia of spleen deficiency syndrome.Result:1.Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart(PBAC): there were differences between the two groups(P <0.05)),indicating that Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction and Duyiwei pill had the effect of improving menorrhea;the comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the score of menorrhea between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction and Duyiwei Capsule had the same effect in improving menorrhea.2.TCM syndrome score:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.87%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 55.88%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment of Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction for the treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome and menstruation improves the efficacy of TCM syndromes.Yu Du Yi Wei capsule group.3.Endometrial thickness:The difference in endometrial thickness before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating thatBuqi Huayu Guchong Decoction can improve the endometrial thickness of patients;the endometrial change was not significant before and after treatment in the control group,and there was no statistical difference The scientific significance(P> 0.05),indicating that Duyiwei Capsule has no obvious effect in improving endometrial thickness.After treatment,the comparison between the groups showed that there was a statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction was better than Duyiwei Capsule in improving endometrial thickness.4.Prothrombin time(PT),Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT):Comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the differences in prothrombin time and some prothrombin times were statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that both Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction and Duyiwei Capsule can reduce prothrombin in patients with multiple periods Time,part of prothrombin time;comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that there was no statistically significant difference in prothrombin and part of prothrombin time(P >0.05),suggesting that Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction and Duyiwei Capsule The effects of improving prothrombin time and part of prothrombin time are equivalent.5.Comprehensive effect:The total effective rate in the treatment group was80.65%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 52.94%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment of multiple spleen deficiency syndromes with Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction was clinically effective.The comprehensive effect is better than Duyiwei Capsule.6.Recurrence rate:There were relapse cases after 3 months of treatment in the two groups,but the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Buqi Huayu Guchong Decoction can effectively improve menstrual flow,improve TCM-related syndromes,endometrial thickness,prothrombin time and part of prothrombin time,and reduce the recurrence rate.Buqi Huayu GuchongDecoction is an effective prescription for clinical treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome with multiple periods,and some of the efficacy indicators are better than Duyiwei Capsule.
