The Clinical Observation Of Qiangxin Daoshui Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Of Congestive Heart Failure

ObjectiverThrough clinical studies to observe the clinical observation of Qiangxin Daoshui Decoction in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis of Congestive Heart Failure,and to explore its mechanism of action,to provide theoretical and practical evidence for the clinical application.Methods:60patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis of Congestive Heart Failure Were randomly divided into30cases in the control group,the treatment group of30cases,and two groups were treated with western medicine standardized treatment.Treatment group was added Qiangxin Daoshui Decoction based on Western medicine standardized treatment.Qiangxin Daoshui Decoction were unified fried,provided by Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine decocting room,one dose a day,two bags per dose,and150ml per bag.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of each of the two groups after4weeks treatment. We compared the change of TCM syndromes,western Lee’s failure points,heart function class (NYHA),six minute walking distances(6MWD),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),blood, urine,stool,liver and kidney function before and after administration.Results:1、After the treatment,the TCM syndromes,western Lee’s failure points,6minute walk test distance,LVEF and BNP of two groups of patients were better than before,and there was a significant difference (P<0.01)2、The comparison between the two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect, with a very significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,At the same time, the comparison between two groups after treatment,heart function, BNP,6minutes walking distance, LVEF value, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3、Between the two groups before and after the treatment of Lee’s integral and the comparison of curative effect, no significant difference (P>0.05). 4、Blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function before and after treatment in two groups showed no significant changes.Conclusion:Qiangxin Daoshui Decoction in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis of Congestive Heart Failure was Safe and effective.
