Clinical Effect Of Qishen Tongluo Decoction On Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)and The Effect Of HCY And APN Levels

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qishen Tongluo Decoction on patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),to explore the effect of Qishen Tongluo Decoction on the levels of homocysteine(HCY)and adiponectin(APN),and to evaluate the clinical safety and effectiveness of Qishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)Methods:In this study,60 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from the outpatient department of cardiovascular disease,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Qishen Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation period was 28 days.The symptoms of angina pectoris,scores of angina pectoris,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,electrocardiogram,stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The contents of serum HCY and APN were measured before and after treatment.Result:1.After treatment,the difference between the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the effective rate of the symptoms of angina pectoris between the control group and the treatment group was statistically(p<0.05).2.In the analysis of the stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin and electrocardiographic effect,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin and electrocardiographic effect of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the overall effect was worth being determined3.When the two groups were compared,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and scores of angina pectoris(p<0.05),the difference was statistically,suggesting that the treatment group had a definite effect,and the long-term effect advantage was more obvious4.The serum HCY and APN contents of the two groups before and after treatment were compared in the group,the serum HCY content was significantly reduced,APN content was significantly increased,the difference was statistically(p<0.05);after treatment,the serum HCY and APN contents of the two groups were compared between the groups,the serum HCY decreased level and APN increased level of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05)Conclusion:1.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and electrocardiogram of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and improve the stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin2.Qishen Tongluo Decoction can reduce the content of HCY and increase the content of APN in patients with stable angina.
