Efficacy Evaluation Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules In The Treatment Of Copd Patients With Acute Exacerbation

Purpose1)To study the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in the prevention and treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease caused by infection in a real diagnosis and treatment environment;to analyze and compare the difference between the efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule with and without the use of;The clinical application value of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in the treatment of lung syndrome of early wind-heat offenders with AECOPD was determined by symptoms,clinical efficacy scores and inflammation indexes;2)To explore the effects of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in the synergistic treatment of AECOPD’s early wind-heat offense lung syndrome on TCM syndromes such as fever reduction,sore throat soreness symptoms,etc,to give full play to the advantages of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine to prevent COPD,and provide scientific basis for TCM to cooperate with AECOPD.Methods1)In a real medical environment,this study included patients with COPD acute exacerbation(wind-heat offense lung syndrome)and randomly divided them into treatment groups and control groups based on whether the patients used Shufeng Jiedu Capsules.Influencing factors of sample size included a total of 100 cases,of which 50 were in the treatment group and 50 in the control group,and the treatment group was combined with Shufeng Jiedu Capsules for oral administration on the basis of the control group for 6 days;the control group was in accordance with the 2019 Global Chronic Obstructive Treatment of acute exacerbations in the Lung Disease Prevention Initiative.2)Observe and record the TCM syndrome scores,Western medicine clinical efficacy scores,antipyretic time,and sore throat subsiding time of AECOPD patients before and after treatment and treatment.In addition,the patients’ blood routine(white blood cell count,neutrophil count,Lymphocyte count),hs-CRP,ESR,PCT and other indicators changed.Results1)Comparison of total efficacy: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 96%,and the control group was 86%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference in the efficacy of the TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).);The effective rate of Western medicine clinical symptom in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).2)Comparison of inflammation indicators:(1)There was no significant difference in the levels of white blood cells,neutrophils,and lymphocytes between the treatment group and the control group after 6 days of treatment(P> 0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in the PCT,hs-CRP,and ESR values between the treatment group and the control group after 6 days of treatment(P > 0.05);however,the difference between hs-CRP and ESR before and after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P <0.05).(3)After 6 days of treatment,hs-CRP and ESR were lower in both groups than before treatment(P <0.05).3)Comparison of antipyretic time and sore throat disappearance time between the two groups:(1)Comparison of antipyretic time: the number of fevers in the treatment group was 13 and the number of fevers in the control group was 11;The control group had statistical differences(P <0.05).(2)Comparison of the disappearance time of sore throat:There were 18 cases of sore throat in the treatment group and 17 cases of sore throat in the control group.There was a significant difference in the disappearance time of sore throat between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:1)Shufeng Jiedu Capsule synergistic treatment of patients with lung syndrome of wind-heat fever in the acute exacerbation phase of COPD has a clear effect,which can shorten the time of fever,sore throat and relieve clinical syndromes to a certain extent,which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of AECOPD.2)Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can effectively and quickly reduce the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and ESR,reduce the inflammatory response,and then alleviate or inhibit the progress of the disease.
