Clinical Study Of Vein No.1 In The Treatment Of Venous Ulcer Of Lower Extremity(Syndrome Of Dampness And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To study the safety and therapeutic effect of vein No.l in the treatment of venous ulcer of the lower extremity,broaden the traditional Chinese medicine treatment idea of venous ulcer of the lower extremity,shorten the clinical remission cycle of venous ulcer of the lower extremity,and make the patients with venous ulcer of the lower extremity with the combination of damp and blood stasis have a better choice of treatment,so as to provide a reliable prescription for the treatment of venous ulcer of the lower extremity in the future clinical practice Basis.To explore a more effective method for the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity with traditional Chinese medicineMethods:In this study,60 cases of venous ulcer of the lower extremity with the syndrome of wet blood stasis in the inpatient department of the peripheral vascular Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects.The treatment group and the control group were randomly divided into 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with vein No.1 orally and external use of Shengjiyuhong ointment gauze.The control group was given Chestnut Seed Extract Tablets,while the external use of Shengjiyuhong cream gauze.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks,the healing of ulcer surface,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and adverse reactions were observed.Spss25.0 software system was used for statistical treatment to objectively evaluate the clinical effect of vein 1 in the treatment of venous ulcer of the lower extremity with the syndrome of wet blood stasis.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the results of clinical research showed that:in promoting wound healing,the total effective rate of vein 1 in the treatment of lower extremity venous ulcer was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group in the treatment of lower extremity venous ulcer was 86.67%.Through the relevant statistical analysis(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The clinical effect of the treatment group in promoting wound healing was better than that of the control group.In the aspect of improving TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of vein 1 in the treatment of lower extremity venous ulcer was 93.33%and 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of ulcer healing in the treatment group was 36.91±11.02,the time of ulcer healing in the control group was 48.00±5.80(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,which indicated that the time of ulcer healing in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the clinical effect was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Vein No.1 is superior to chestnut seed extract in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity(wet blood stasis type).Vein No.1 is superior to chestnut seed extract in promoting the healing of sore surface and improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.There is no serious adverse reaction during the treatment.It is worth popularizing widely in clinical practice to guide clinical practice,shorten the course of disease,improve the curative effect and improve the health of patients Live quality.
