Objective:This study starts with the etiology and pathogenesis of the mutual junction of dampness and stasis,and studies the sequelae of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity by using the quantitative score of symptoms and signs,the blood coagulation index,the time of ultrasonic Doppler reflux and the velocity of reflux and so on to evaluate the clinical effect of Lishitongmai recipe in treating the sequelae of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,and to study the treatment of deep vein thrombosis from the angle of promoting dampness and removing veins instead of merely activating and removing blood stasis.Comparing of traditional Chinese medicine and Maizhiling group to evaluate the characteristics of choroid dampness and stasis and the intervention effect of Lishitongmai recipe on the sequelae of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity,the effect of Lishitongmai recipe on the treatment of lower extremity venous diseases was preliminarily discussed.A new approach to the treatment of deep venous thrombosis sequelae with traditional Chinese medicine.Methords:This study uses a randomized controlled method.In this study,60 patients with deep venous thrombosis syndrome of lower extremity were randomly divided into treatment group and Maizhiling control group.There were 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Lishitongmai recipe,while the control group was treated with oral Maizhiling for a total course of 8 weeks.In the course of treatment,the symptoms and signs score of the two groups were compared regularly before and after treatment,and the changes of blood coagulation index,including APTTT,INR,FIB and D-dimer level,the changes of reflux time and reflux velocity of venous blood in lower extremity by Doppler ultrasound.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the pigmentation of the affected limbs in the treatment group was significantly improved than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the Homans sign in the treatment group was significantly improved than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the pain of the affected limbs in the treatment group was obviously improved compared with that before treatment,the effect was significantly better than that in the control group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the swelling of the affected limbs in the treatment group was significantly improved than that before treatment,and the curative effect score was more significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the effective rate of treatment of single symptoms and signs between the two groups,it was found that Lishitongmai recipe had obvious advantages in improving pigmentation Homans' sign of affected limb,but in pain,swelling and skin temperature,the effective rate of treatment group was obviously superior.However,the chi-square test results are not significant and may be related to the small sample size,which needs to study in the future on clinic.After 8 weeks of treatment,the APTT of the treatment group was significantly longer than that of the pre-treatment group,and the levels of FIB and D-dimer were significantly lower than those of the previous treatment group,and the blood coagulation indexes of the patients in the treatment group were analyzed before and after treatment.The P value was less than 0.05,and the indexes were significantly different before and after treatment,which indicated that Lishitongmai recipecould improve the blood coagulation,protect the body and prevent the recurrence of thrombus.The changes of hemagglutination before and after treatment in the control group were analyzed.Compared with the two groups,Lishitongmai recipehas obvious advantages in improving the blood coagulation of patients.After 8 weeks of treatment,the lower limb venous regurgitation time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that before treatment,and the reflux rate was faster than before.There was a significant difference in the effect before and after treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that Lishitongmai recipe could improve the deep venous reflux of the lower extremity.In order to alleviate lower limb swelling and other symptoms.However,the blood reflux time and reflux velocity in the control group were not significantly improved before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was not significant(P>0.05).It was found that Lishitongmai recipecould obviously improve the deep venous blood reflux in patients with lower extremity,and had obvious advantage over MaiZhi-Ling.Conclusion:This study was based on the theory of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and clearing damp and vein relaxing.In this study,under the guidance of syndrome differentiation,the recipe"Lishitongmai recipe" in treating the sequelae of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities was more effective than that of MaiZhi-Ling,in the treatment of the sequelae of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity.The clinical effect is safe,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,and can be used in clinic.
