Anatomy Examination Of Venous Valves Of Lower Extremity In The Interventional Treatment Of Lower Extremity Varicose Veins

Objective:Anatomic observation of the venous valve in the lower extremity to provide anatomic reference about the venous intervention combined with minimally invasive endovascular treatment of the lower extremity.Materials and Methods:On 43 sides of adult cadavers,the following indexes are observed and measured:the quantity and shape of the venous valve of great saphenous vein, Section of femoral vein Unit; the external diameter at some special points and position relation of some important adjacent structure.Furthermore,these data are aggregate analyzed. And observed and analyzed 78 cases of closed cavity 89 involved limbs combined with a variety of minimally invasive surgical treatment of lower extremity joint clinical effects of varicose veins.Result:All the valves consist of double cusp leaflets in Section of saphenous vein Unit(100%); The outer diameter of saphenous vein in sapheno-femoral junction is (5.18±1.25)cm, The position of the first valve of superficial femoral vein is constant fairly. The distance from The position of the first valve of superficial femoral vein to the entrance of the lower edge of the deep femoral vein is(1.16±0.66) cm, and to sapheno-femoral junction is (6.16±1.69) cm.All the 89 cases in 78 patients, cure rate is 97.75%, valid rate is 2.25%, no case is invalid; no hematoma, pulmonary embolism, infections, skin ulcers or other serious complications; mean follow-up time is 21 months (12 to 34 months), no recurrence.Conclusion:The main vein and the valve on the lower limbs observational results above, provides a more systematic and comprehensive anatomy for clinically relevant interventional closure combined with minimally invasive endovascular surgery varicose vein treatment procedure. endovenous radiofrequency obliteration is a safe, simple and effective method of treatment of lower extremity varicose veins. Combined minimally invasive endovascular intervention to improve treatment of varicose vein closure efficacy, expanded the indications for surgery and reduce the relapse rate,Short-term effect is good.
