Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Deficiency Of Kidney Yang By Wenshen Jianpi Tongyu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Jianpi Tongyu Recipe combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney-yang deficiency,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:A total of 61 patients with kidney-yang deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 31).The control group received Diane-35(ethinylestradiol progesterone)orally,and the experimental group received Prescription for Wenshen Jianpi Tongyu Recipe combined with Diane-35 orally,two groups were treated for 3months.Observe the hormone levels,TCM clinical symptom scores,WHR(waist-to-hip ratio)before and after treatment,and the pregnancy rate at 3 months after drug withdrawal.Result:(1)Overall clinical efficacy: Compared with Daying-35 group(test group)and Wenyingjianpitongyu prescription combined with Daying-35 group(control group),both groups can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.(2)TCM syndrome score: After treatment,both groups can reduce the TCM syndrome score.The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).It is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the test group is superior to the control group in reducing the TCM syndrome score.(3)hormone levels: Compared with before treatment,the LH,LH/FSH,and T values of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment.The difference was statistically significant after statistical testing(P<0.05);Compared with the values of LH,LH/FSH and T,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the test group was better than the control group in reducing the values of LH,LH/FSH and T.(4)WHR: WHR decreased in the experimental group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant after statistical test(P<0.05);the WHR in thecontrol group did not change much after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant after statistical analysis(P>0.05));After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had a clear advantage over the control group in improving the WHR of the patients(P<0.05)(5)Pregnancy: 1 patient was pregnant within 3months after the drug was stopped in the test group,and there was no pregnancy in the control group.There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).related.Conclusion : Wenshen Jianpi Tongyu Recipe combined with Daying-35 can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with kidney-yang deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome,regulate the level of female basic hormones,and improve WHR.Of effective drugs can be used clinically.
