Clinical Observation Of Zhu Yun Decoction In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS) Of The Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Patients

Objectives: Discusses the curative effect of Zhu Yun Decoction in the treatment of PCOS of the Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome patients and the clinical medication safety,by analyze the effect of Zhu Yun Decoction to improve clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,body mass index?BMI?,the basal body temperature?BBT?,pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate,the maximum diameter of follicle and ovulation endometrial thickness,the influence of the sex hormone levels in the day.Provide ideas and methods of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.Methods: Selecting 60 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,who were treated in department of gynaecology of henan province hospital,during January 2014 to January 2016.Divided them into experimental group and control group randomly,30 cases each.The treatment group eat Zhu Yun Decoction and the control group eat Longlu capsule,3 months for a period of treatment,a total of 9 months.Observing two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms improved,TCM syndrome integral,BMI,BBT,pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate,the maximum diameter of follicle and ovulation day endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels and safety indicators.statistical analysis was carried out on the observations,and the maximum diameter of follicle and ovulation day endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels and safety indicators.statistical analysis was carried out on the observations,and evaluate its efficacy and safety.Results: The total effective rate of Zhu Yun Decoction in the Treatment of PCOS of the Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome patients was 93.33%;the rate of pregnancy is 26.67%.The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients compared by chi-square test,P<0.05,showed significant differences.Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptom score was reduced,showed significant differences?P<0.05?.After treatment,two groups of patients with ovarian follicle diameter was increased,the treatment group and ovarian primary follicle diameter than the control group increased more,showed significant differences?P<0.05?.After treatment,The LH,P,T,PRL of these two groups of patients were improved,showed significant differences?P<0.05?,but E₂,FSH has no obvious difference?P > 0.05?.These two groups of patients were normal,in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram?ecg?and these two groups of drug are efficacy and safety.Conclusions: This research use Zhu Yun Decoction which have the effect of warming the kidney,helping Yang in the Treatment of PCOS of the Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome patients,through the drug clinical observation,preliminary discussion the curative effect and mechanism of Zhu Yun Decoction in the treatment of PCOS of the Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome.Research shows that Zhu Yun Decoction can improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,can promote ovarian primary follicle diameter increases,thickening,endometrial thickness change BBT single-phase resistance,improve the reproductive endocrine level,increase the rate of pregnancy and reduce the abortion rate.During treatment with safety monitoring,with no adverse reactions,is proved to be safe and effective,it is worth further study.
