Clinical Observation On Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine In Treating Infertility Caused By PCOS With Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Qu phlegm decoction combined with chloromifene citrate combined with acupuncture therapy in treating infertility caused by kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type PCOS,and to explore its possible mechanism of action to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:60 cases of infertility caused by kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type PCOS were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Bushen expectorant decoction combined with clomiphene citrate orally,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and the TCM syndromes,changes of BMI?FSH?LH?T?LH/FSH?BBT,ovulation and final pregnancy were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)General efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.After rank sum test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 60%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01)compared with that before treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(3)BMI: BMI of the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01)in reducing BMI between the two groups.(4)Basic body temperature: The two-phase cycle rate was 79.27% in the treatment group and 61.63% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Sex hormone changes: the LH?LH/FSH?T value of sex hormone after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).The regulationof LH?LH/FSH in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the T value between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant improvement before and after FSH treatment and between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate: the periodic ovulation rate in the treatment group was 79.27%,and the periodic ovulation rate in the control group was 61.63%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 33.33%,which was slightly higher than that in the control group,which was 23.33%,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with Chinese and western drugs,acupuncture combined with acupuncture treatment of infertility caused by kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type PCOS can better improve the total clinical efficacy,improve TCM syndromes,regulate basic body temperature and sex hormone levels,and reduce body mass index,thus increasing the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients.From this we can see that Bushen expectorant decoction and clomiphene citrate combined with acupuncture therapy can provide a more safe and effective method for the treatment of infertility caused by kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type PCOS,improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
