Clinical Experiment Research On The Effect Of Fire Needle Treatment On The Spleen And Stomach Deficency Type Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Purpose:Through clinical experiment observation on the effect of fire needle treatment on the spleen and stomach deficency-cold type of chronic superficial gastritis, we study clinical efficacy of fire needle treatment to pleen and stomach deficency-cold type of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:The sixty spleen and stomach deficency-cold type of chronic superficial gastritis patients from January,2015 to January,2016 in acupuncture clinic and spleen and stomach department outpatient wards of Nanjing hospital of T.C.M, the third affiliated hospital to Nanjing university school of T.C.M were randomly divided into drug control group and fire needle treatment group with the draw method. Treatment group used fine fire needle acupuncture method, patient were treated by supine position, burn Hou’s fine fire needle from red to white on the alcohol lamp, then after acupuncture the fire needle quickly in Zhong wuan,Qi hai,Jian li, Liang qiu,Zu san li,San yin jiao with disinfected in turn, remove the needle immediately(about 0.05s), then press pinhole with dry cotton bal, twice a week, treating 4 weeks as a period of treatment. Patients in control group oral the capsule of Xiao Jian Zhong,2 times a day, treating 4 weeks as a period of treatment. Before and at the end of the treatment, patients should fill in symptom scale of chronic superficial gastritis respectively.Results:(1)Fire needle treatment group and drug control group:All patients enrolled in their former general (age, gender), the results suggest that the two groups of patients enrolled in general no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).(2) Fire needle treatment group and drug control group:All patients enrolled in the before and the end of treatment symptom scores, and the statistical analysis showed that symptom scores before the treatment were within the group comparison, with paired t test, both P<0.05, which has statistically significant difference. The symptom scores of the end of treatment were compared within groups, with paired t test, P<0.05, which has significant difference. The two groups before and after treatment were compared clinical symptoms total score,with the t test, P<0.05, which means significant difference.(3) The total effective rate was 93.33% in fire needle group, while oral drug treatment group was 70%. Clinical curative effect between two groups were compared with paired binomial test,P<0.05, which means significant difference.Conclusion:Chronic superficial gastritis patients suffer the symbtoms as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, at the same time, other symbtoms as anorexia, nausea, belching, acid regurgitation/heartburn, loose stools, fatigue become different levels of bad. After fire needle therapy and drug treatment for patients, the symptoms were improved, and the curative effect of fire needle therapy is superior to drug therapy.
