Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Abdominal Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Shenshu And Dachangshu

Objective: This study uses abominal acupuncture to treat lumbar disc herniation with Shenshu and Dachangshu,and evaluates the clinical efficacy of patients by comparing the clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,thus providing a new therapy for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 66 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion lumbar disc herniation were divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases)using random group methods and which were included in the clinic of the Third Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period 2018.12-2019.12.Each group shed 3 patients,so the final control group of 30 people,30 people in the observation group.The observation group used abdominal acupuncture combined with Shenshu and Dachangshu to treat patients,main caves: Shuifen,Qihai,Guanyuan,Shenshu,Dachangshu.The control group used acupuncture therapy to treat patients,main caves:Weizhong,Jizhong,Yaoyangguan,Shenshu,Dachangshu,Ashi point.The observation group first told the patients to take lying to acupuncture Shenshu and Dachangshu,left the needles after 20 minutes,and then asked the patient to take the reclining postion for abdominal acupuncture,left the needles after 20 minutes.The control group took conventional acupuncture treatment and left the needles after 40 minutes.Both groups treat once a day,10 times in a row for 1 course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of two treatment potions is determined by comparing the M-JOA score table,VAS score table and the comprehensive efficacy criteria before and after treatment.All data are statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of clinical symptoms:After the treatment of different treatments,the M-JOA score and VAS score of each group were lower than before their respective treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both treatment options were effective;the VAS score and the M-JOA score were compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group score was better than control group.2.Comprehensive efficacy criteria evalution: Compared with the comprehensive efficacy of the two gruops after treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was96.67%,the total efficiency of the control gruop was 86.67%,by rank and test,the difference was statistically significiant(P < 0.05),indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control gruop.Conclusion:1.The efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is accurate,but the abdominal acupuncture with Shenshu and Dachangshu is better than conventional acupuncture.2.Abdominal acupuncture with Shenshu and Dachangshu to treat lumbar disc herniation in the pain,improve clinical signs are better than conventional acupuncture.3.Abdominal acupunctre with Shenshu and Dachangshu can be used as a new treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
