PurposeThrough the use of "San Cai Ci" the treatment of sciatica and conventional needle compare the effects of the treatment of sciatica,the study of treatment-specific role and mechanism of analgesia and the analgesic effect of acupuncture to the scientific definition,evaluation of its effect,and then establish the best method of treatment effects of acupuncture,more comprehensive and in-depth to reveal the role of acupuncture for treatment of sciatica principle.Material and Methods120 male Wister rats,weighing 200±50,from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Laboratory Animal Center of rats of clean grade. Were randomly divided into normal group,control group,conventional acupuncture group,acupuncture group San Cai.In addition to the normal group,the other three groups at the same time using the positioning of the sciatic nerve quantitative surgical clamp.,Respectively,after three days in a different stitch for the conventional group and acupuncture group Sancai Acupoints kidney, the treatment of colorectal Yu.Seven days of each interval and blood from the sciatic nerve,for electron microscopy and neurotrophic factor(NGF) and IL-6 (IL-6) analysis.Results1 Two weeks after the run compared electron microscopy observation, acupuncture group than in the control group a significant restoration of the sciatic nerve,the difference clearly.Sancai group than in the difference between conventional acupuncture group,but not obvious.2 Staining of nerve growth factor after the judge observed:acupuncture group than in the control group differences,Sancai group than conventional acupuncture group differences. 3 Serum IL-6 content analysis showed that:acupuncture group than in the control group differences,Sancai group than conventional acupuncture group differences.Conclusion1 Different acupuncture analgesic effect both on the sciatica.2 " San Cai Ci " of sciatica is superior to conventional analgesic effect of acupuncture have specific analgesic effect.3 "San cai ci" through endogenous nerve growth factor and IL-6 regulation, to achieve the restoration of sciatic nerve injury.
