Objective:to observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Mengshi Zhen Feng Pill in treating the hemorrhagic apoplexy(phlegm-heat accumulati-on),To provide scientific bases for clinical application.Methods:60 cases of patients according to the diagnosis standards in the study were selected and divided into two groups randomly:the control group with 30 cases were given western medicine to cure western medicine,the therapy group with 30 cases were added Mengshi ZhenFeng Pill on the basis of the cure of control group. Treatment for two weeks.It was designed to observe the changes of neurologic impairment integral,TCM symptoms points,consciousness,Ability to life,cephalophyma,Reduce serum concentrations of S100B protein before and after treament.Adverse reactions were also obvsersed.Results:1 the total curative effect comparsion:clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms and comprehensive comparison, two groups of comparisons are statistically significant (P<0.05),the treatment group was better than in control group.2 Stroke integral comparison:treatment group can significantly reduce the stroke regualy after two weeks,the difference between two groups was statistical significance (P<0.05).3 Neurologic integral comparison:treatment group can significantly reduce the Neurologic integral after two weeks,the difference between two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).4 Consciousness comparison: treatment group can significantly reduce the Neurologic integral after two weeks,the difference between two groups was statistical significance(P <0.05).5 Comparison of S100B protein:the improvement of the S100B protein in treatment groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).5 In the course of treatment,no adverse reaction was been found in both.Conclusion:Mengshi ZhenFeng Pill can significantly improve the patients'neurologic impairment integral,TCM symptoms points,consciousness,Ability to life,Brain hematoma and Reduce serum concentrations of S100 protein.It is a safty and effective ideal prescription for treating the hemorrhagic stroke(The syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulation).
