Clinical Study Of Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Method In Treating Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Cough With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Combined With Stasis

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huayu method on the cough of non-small cell lung cancer(syndrome of Qi Yin deficiency and stasis),the effectiveness and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Huayu method in the treatment of cough of non-small cell lung cancer(syndrome of Qi Yin deficiency and stasis)were clarified,which provided a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of lung cancer cough.Methods: In this study,72 patients with NSCLC who meet the admission criteria were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with Cinobufacin capsule,Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide tablets and Yiqi Yangyin Huayu granules,while the control group was treated with Cinobufacin capsule and dextromethorphan hydrobromide tablets.To observe the curative effect of the two groups and the changes of TCM syndrome,cough symptom score and kappa score.Results: The total effective rate was 86.11% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),except that there was no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment of nausea and vomiting(P< 0.05).The total effective rate of cough symptom score and KPS score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: It is safe and reliable to treat cough of non-small cell lung cancer(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin with stasis)with the method of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin and removing blood stasis.
