Studies Of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe In The Comprehensive Treatment Of Advanced Non-small-Cell Lung Cancer

Objection:Study on the short-term effect of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe combining with the 3rd generation platinum-based chemotherapy for treatment of NSCLC, as well as the sensitizing and attenuated effect of Chinese traditional medicine for chemotherapy.Method:Sixty subjects patients with IIIB-IV phase NSCLS were randomly divided into two groups. Both observe and comparison group, each with 30 patients. Both groups were treated by chemotherapy (DP,TP or GP regimen),while the observe group was administrated with the Yiqi Yangyin recipe in addition. Comparison of two groups was performed according to the condition of tumor lesions, change of symptoms, weight of patients, the Karsnofsky score of quality of life, immunity function, the change of tumor mark(CEA) and occurrence of adverse reaction before and after treatment.Result:Yiqi Yangyin recipe with chemotherapy is able to bring the effects as follow: improving most of symptoms, keeping and putting on weight, improving the quality of life, releasing the adverse reaction on blood and digestive system, improving the immunity function, decreasing the level of CEA. But there is no significant difference between the two groups in stabilizing and deducing the tumor leisions. And the hazardous effects on the kidney and hepar are not obvious in both of the two groups.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin recipe which is adjusted according to the symptoms combining with chemotherapy which not only can acquire apparent curative effect on advanced NSCLC but also has sensitive and attenuated effect is one of the effective methods for treatment of advaned NSCLC.
