Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Vaginal Bleeding Disorders With Yiqi Huayu Method

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of qi deficiency and blood stasissyndrome of Vaginal bleeding disorders with Yiqi Huayu method,we try to find oneway of effective emostasis, significantly reduce the clinical symptoms, fewer sideeffects,and easy to grasp for such patients. To provide the Clinical evidence ofdoctor-patient drug treatment of choice,and to Further guidance on the clinicalapplication.Method: we select96patients whose Meet the diagnostic criteria for TCM andWestern medicine. Then we use a randomized controlled trial plan to select48casesin treatment group and48cases in the control group. The treatment group tookBuzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yunnan Baiyao capsule.The control group tookBuzhong Yiqi Decoction and motherwort,nepeta charcoal,charcoal madder.7days fora course of treatment,Patients did not stop the bleeding to continue under a course oftreatment,sustained three courses.And we observed adverse reactions duringmedication. After treatment,we will obtain conclusion by analyzing the clinicalsymptoms of patients in each group to improve the situation,hemostaticefficacy,effect on the endometrial,and uterine cavity residual discharge situation.Result: Comparison with the total effective rate of treatment group and the controlgroup.In improving the TCM syndromes,the difference was statistically significant ofComparison with TCM syndrome total integral of before and after treatment for thetreatment group and the control group,both groups can significantly improve theclinical symptoms,the treatment group is better than the control group in improvingclinical symptoms.Comparison with effect of the disease of two groups,the total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were95.83%,83.33%, the difference wasstatistically significant of effect of the disease of two groups(P <0.05),the treatmentgroup is better than the control group in effect of the disease.Comparison with hemostasis effect of two groups, the total efficiency of thetreatment group and the control group were93.75%,85.42%, the difference wasstatistically significant of effect of the disease of two groups(P <0.05),the treatmentgroup is better than the control group in hemostasis effect.Comparison of thickness endometrium of before and after treatment in twogroups, the difference was statistically significant,the two groups were able to makethe endometrial thinning, the treatment group is better than the control group inendometrial thinning.Comparison of two groups of intrauterine residue removal.Two groups ofresidual tissue removal rate respectively were93.75%,84.21%.The removal rate oftreatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromeof Vaginal bleeding disorders with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yunnan Baiyaocapsule is definite, It can achieve better hemostatic effect through endometrialcomplete stripping and the rapid removal of Intrauterine Residue organization.
