Professor Leng Yan's Research On The Academic Thought Of Treating Acid Vomiting And The Law Of Medication

Objective:To summarize the core drugs,high-frequency drug categories,and high-frequency drug clustering formulas used by tutors to treat uric acid by collecting cases of uric acid treatment using statistical methods.Methods:Collect cases from the tutor outpatient treatment of vomitic acid from January 2018 to January 2019.The patient information was entered into a Microsoft Office Excel 2007 worksheet,and a database of tutors treating vomiting was established,including:name,gender,age,and prescription.In the compatibility and composition of traditional Chinese medicine,a binary quantization process is used,each drug is used as a statistical variable,and the drug frequency is assigned "1" or "0" respectively to calculate the frequency of the drug.Software such as SPSS 22.0 is used,and Class analysis data mining method analysis.Results:Among the 300 case prescriptions included in this study,121 flavors of Chinese medicine were obtained.The total frequency of their use was 7143 times,and each prescription contained 23.81 flavors of Chinese medicine.Among them,45 flavors of Chinese medicines were used more than 50 times.The cumulative use frequency of these 45 drugs is 5,995,and the cumulative use frequency is 83.93%.Therefore,in this study,the top 45 drugs are classified as high-frequency drugs for the treatment of this disease.According to the frequency ranking,the drugs in the top ten are jellyfish,galangal,licorice,bupleurum,coriander,gardenia,astragalus,coptis,white peony and cinnamon stick.The 121 drugs appearing in all medical records are counted,and the drugs that are used more than 50 times are classified as high-frequency drugs.By counting the high-frequency drugs in this study and referring to the classification method of traditional Chinese medicine textbooks,it can be divided into tonic deficiency.Medicine,heat-clearing medicine,qi-relieving medicine,anti-hypertensive medicine,diuretic and damp-wetting medicine,Wenli medicine,dampness medicine,astringent medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,phlegm medicine,laxative medicine,pacifying liver wind medicine,tranquilizer medicine,The frequency of occurrence in high-frequency drugs was 19.43%,18.33%,12.56%,8.89%,8.64%,8.26%,5.50%,4₆2%,4.34%,4.12%,2.37%,1.8%,1.13%.Conchusion:Based on the duster prescription of the drug and the mentor's word the mentor is based on tonic deficiency,heat-dearing medicine as the basic medicine group,and is equipped,with reasonable qi medicine,antipyretics,diuretic and dampness medicine,and Wenli.Drugs,moisturizing drugs,astringent drugs and other drugs,indicating that clinically,the tutor believes that spitting acid is a mixture of deficiency and solidness,and cold and heat.Elevation disorders are the basic pathogenesis,with both spleen and stomach weakness and damp-heat content.Therefore,when treating this disease,drugs such as tonics and heat-clearing drugs,qi-eliminating drugs,humectants,diuretic and damp-wetting drugs,and warming drugs are often combined.It not only uses a large number of tonics to help dampness and heat generation,stagnation of qi stagnation machine,but also has used heat to dear dampness medicine,wounds and exhaust gas,reflecting the instructor's "reinforcing and reducing diarrhea,flattening cold and heat" treatment ideas.At the same time,according to the number of pathological products such as blood stasis,phlegm and turbidity,the relevant drugs are flexibly added and subtracted,and the treatment is differentiated.
