Purpose: To conduct a retrospective study of the post-menstrual medical records of Professor Chen Ying from October 2018 to December 2020.The research adopts data mining methods and uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to analyze the effective prescriptions of the tutors for the treatment of late menstruation,so as to explore the academic thoughts of Professor Chen Ying's treatment of late menstruation and the characteristics of clinical medication.The clinical experience of the company provides more objective basis,summaries and innovations,and better inheritance.Materials and methods: This study selected postmenstrual patients with clear clinical efficacy after treatment with Chinese medicine granules who were treated at Professor Chen Ying's outpatient clinic from October 2018 to December 2020,and they were 18-45 years old.This study collected the four-diagnosis information,physical and chemical examinations,diagnosis and prescriptions of patients who met the inclusion requirements,and conducted standardized processing.144 medical records and 231 prescriptions were obtained.The original case database was established using Microsoft Excel,and the data was mined through the two sections of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software "Statistical Report" and "Data Analysis",and summarized Professor Chen Ying's academic thoughts and medication rules for the treatment of late menstruation.Result:1.This study included 231 first prescriptions and 102 medicines,with a total frequency of4,705 times.The top 14 Chinese medicines used were: raspberry(229 times),chuanxiong(227 times),atractylodes(227 times),tuckahoe(226 times),Madder(226 times),Caulis spatholobi(225 times),Cyperus rotundus(225 times),Cuscuta(213 times),Antler Cream(205 times),Eupatorium(197 times),Alisma(191 times)),dried tangerine peel(181 times),Cangzhu(179 times),Qing Pinellia(156 times).2.Drug frequency analysis:(1)The classification statistics of drug efficacy can be divided into 17 categories,in descending order of appearance frequency,tonic drugs(1303 times),blood circulation and blood stasis drugs(1077 times),diuretic and dampening drugs(432 times)),Qi regulating medicine(413 times),etc.(2)The statistics of the four qi of medicines are arranged in descending order of frequency.The frequency of warm medicine is the highest,reaching 2429 times,accounting for 54.71%;the average medicine is 1139 times,accounting for 25.65%;the cold medicine is 808 times,accounting for 18.2 %Wait.(3)The statistics of five flavors of medicines are arranged in descending order of appearance frequency.Bitter medicines have the highest frequency,reaching 2238 times,accounting for 31.32%;sweet medicines are 2143 times,accounting for 30%;spicy medicines are 2098 times,accounting for 29.36%.(4)The statistics of drug return in descending order are as follows: the liver meridian has the highest frequency,reaching 2921 times,accounting for 27.71%;the spleen meridian has 2318 times,accounting for 22%;the kidney meridian is 1593 times,accounting for 15.11% etc.3.Analysis of drug association rules: using the "prescription rule" section of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system,set the "support" to 210,and perform the statistical analysis of the "drug mode".A total of 30 data items including 8 traditional Chinese medicines are obtained.For;Chuanxiong,raspberry,Atractylodesmacrocephala,Poria,Caulis spatholobi,Cyperus rotundus,Madder,Cuscuta.In the above results,the confidence level is set to 0.99,and the rules are found to be "Spatholobus-> Raspberry","Ligusticum chuanxiong,Caulis spatholobi-> Raspberry","Ligusticum chuanxiong,Poriacocos-> Raspberry","Ligustrum spatholobi,Madder->Raspberry","Spatholobus,Atractylodesmacrocephala->Poria","Spatholobusspatholobi,Atractylodesmacrocephala->Raspberry","Spatholobusspatholobi,Cyperus rot->Poriacocos","Atractylodesspatholobi,Raspberry->Poriacocos",etc.When,the confidence is up to 1.4.Drug cluster analysis: 8 core drug combinations were obtained by analysis,such as "Fruit Corni Zelan",etc.;and 4 new prescription combinations were obtained: new prescription 1 is composed of raspberry?mulberry parasitic?amomum eucommia;new prescription 2 It is composed of Guizhi?Shichangpu?Yijiaoteng?Polygonum multiflorum?dog ridge;new prescription 3 is composed of Poria cocos spatholobi?madder?Coptis;new prescription 4 is composed of Qing Pinellia?medlar?chenpi?zelan?leonurus?Composed of Ming Weizi.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Ying believes that the late menstrual period is related to the dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidney,and the dialectic is mainly based on kidney deficiency,combined with spleen deficiency,liver blood deficiency,phlegm dampness,and blood stasis.2.Professor Chen Ying pays attention to "treatment of both symptoms and root causes" in the treatment of late menstruation.The basic principle is to replenish the deficiency while reducing dampness,and nourish the liver and promote blood circulation.3.In the treatment of late menstruation by Professor Chen Ying,the main medicinal properties are warm drugs,followed by mild drugs and cold drugs;the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,followed by sweet and pungent;the main meridian is the liver meridian,followed by the spleen Meridian,kidney meridian.4.Professor Chen Ying's core medications for the treatment of late menstruation are raspberry,chuanxiong,atractylodes,poria,madder,spatholobi,rot,dodder,staghorn cream,adenophora,Alisma,tangerine peel,atractylodes,Qing Pinellia,astragalus.
