Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Fu's Subcutaneous Needling(FSN)in The Treatment Of Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

Objective:By using the method of random control,the difference of the curative effect of treating patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain by ordinary acupuncture and acupuncture combined with fu's subcutaneous needling was observed.Methods:Will this study participants included 70 cases of patients with chronic strain of lumbar muscles,the treatment group 35 examples of acupuncture with fu's subcutaneous needling therapy,the control group take common acupuncture,after the treatment using VAS score scale index,ODI dysfunction,clinical symptoms and clinical signs integral scale were observed before and after two groups of patients in the treatment of index change,compared to two kinds of the curative effect of treatment for chronic strain of lumbar muscles.Results:After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.58%,and that of the control group was 74.29%.The effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group.The test showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.VAS score,clinical symptom score and clinical sign score were compared before and after treatment,indicating that both methods can effectively improve the symptoms,signs and pain of patients with lumbar muscle strain,but the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:General acupuncture and general acupuncture combined with fu's subcutaneous needling for chronic lumbar muscle strain have a good effect on improving symptoms,signs,dysfunction and pain.However,the effect of ordinary acupuncture combined with fu's subcutaneous needling is more accurate,and the effect of relieving pain and improving symptoms and dysfunction is better than that of ordinary acupuncture,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
