Clinical Curative Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain With Auricular Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect ofauricular acupuncture combined with ear pressure for chronic lumbar muscle strain,andto provide clinical reference for the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strainMethods:60 cases of lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into the tr eatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated by acupunc ture combined with ear pressure, the control group was treated with acupunct ure,30 cases in each group. Usingpain score, clinical symptoms score and O swestry Disability Index questionnaire to evaluate clinical curative effect before and after treatment.Results:(1) Two groups of baseline data:age, duration, pain score, clinical s ymptoms score, Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire scores were compar ed, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05),so they were co-mparable.(2) Comparing the efficacy of two groups after treatment:after 14 ti mes’treatment, the degree of pain score, clinical symptoms score, Oswestry d isability index score weretesteyby t test, there were significant difference bet ween two groups (P< 0.05), indicating that after treatment the treatment gro up in improving the quality of life of patients with low back pain was better than the control group.Conclusion:Both of auricular acupuncture and simple acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain were effective methods for the treatment of lumbar muscle strain, and the auricular acupuncture group treatment of lumb ar muscle strain is more effective than simple acupuncture.
