| Objective: To construction of clinical nursing pathway of pulmonary rehabilitation for thoracoscopic surgery of lung cancer,and to test its application effect.Methods:1.The nursing pathway charactered by establishing the framework of "time-project" for thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung cancer was initialy formed though the method of literature review and case analysis.And two rounds of Delphi expert consultation was conducted;2.The clinical nursing pathway of pulmonary rehabilitation for thoracoscopic surgery of lung cancer is applied to clinical practice.The control group(n=41)received routine nursing care from December 2018 to May 2019;the rehabilitation group(n=41)received clinical nursing pathway of pulmonary rehabilitation.The times of postoperative extubation ?hospital stay time the total hospitalization cost VAS score,6MWT,Brog score and incidence of pulmonary complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results: 1.Nursing pathway of pulmonary rehabilitation was constructed for patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung cancer,incluing 5first-level indicator(Times of pathway),8 second-level indicator(rehabilitation of projects),118 third-level indicator(specific contents of rehabilitation project);2.The results showed that length of hospital stay,time of postoperative extubation,VAS score,Brog score and pulmonary complication rates less than/lower than the control group(P <0.05),6 minutes walking distance(6 MWT)is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group in the physical function,cognitive function scores(P <0.05),The fatigue,pain,dyspnea,insomnia and loss if appetite scores was significantly lower(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Nursing pathway of pulmonary rehabilitation for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung cancer was constructed because its high degree of authority and coordination.The expert opinion is consistent,which could provide reference for clinicalpractice;2.Clinical nursing pathway of pulmonary rehabilitation for patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery of lung cancer can promote and conducive the cardiopulmonary endurance,reduce the risk of postoperative pulmonary complications,increase the level of physical and cognitive function,improve postoperative symptoms,and accelerate the rapid postoperative recovery of patients. |
