| Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing mode in lung cancer patients’ postoperative rehabilitation training of lung function, and to investigate the influence of collaborative nursing mode on pulmonary rehabilitation effect, patients’ self-nursing ability and family members’ sense of benefit from the disease.Specifically,we applied the training of pulmonary rehabilitation function under the cooperative nursing mode in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients, and evaluated the effects of it on patients’ self-efficacy,self-nursing ability and 6-minute walk test;(2)To provide the basis for evaluating the feasibility and scientific nature of the application of lung rehabilitation training under the cooperative nursing mode in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients;(3)To evaluate the effect of lung rehabilitation function training under the cooperative nursing mode on the sense of disease benefit of patients’ family members after lung cancer surgery;(4)To provide a basis for the implementation of standardized lung rehabilitation training in patients with lung cancer after surgery.Methods:1.Sampling method: convenient sampling.2.Subjects: A total of 100 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and undergoing surgery from May 2020 to August 2020 in the department of cardiothoracic surgery in a tertiary class A hospital were selected as the control group, and a total of 100 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and undergoing surgery from September 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the intervention group.3.The control group used for conventional pulmonary rehabilitation nursing guidance intervention group in the control group given on the basis of collaborative nursing mode of rehabilitation guidance, establish dominated by nurses, doctors, patients, patients’ families to participate in the collaborative care team, build and implement including functional exercise, health education, psychological support and advice, peer education, collaborative nursing care plan.Statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 was used to input and analyze the data, and t test and chi-square test were used to analyze the intra-group data and inter-group data. The self-care ability, general self-efficacy,6-minute walk test and the sense of benefit of patients’ family members were compared on the day of admission and the day of discharge to analyze the influence of lung rehabilitation training under the cooperative nursing mode on the rehabilitation effect of patients after lung cancer surgery. Results:All the hospitalized patients(100 cases in the intervention group and 100 cases in the control group)successfully completed the surgery, and both the intervention group and the control group completed the study intervention and all the data collection and analysis during the hospitalization. There were no significant differences in age, gender, education level, occupation, smoking age,the relationship between caring for family members and patients,BMI,and monthly family income among the 200 subjects(P >0.05,no statistical significance).None of the enrolled patients withdrew from the study due to death or serious complications after surgery or during hospitalization.According to the analysis of the study results, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the analysis of self-care ability,self-efficacy,6-minute walking test and family disease benefit perception at admission(P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant). At discharge,self-care ability(intervention group VS control group,135.64± 23.38vs113.37 ±23.65,P < 0.05),self-efficacy(intervention group VS control group,34.46 ± 3.34vs20.10 ± 4.18,P < 0.05),6-minute walking test(intervention group VS control group,406.47± 85.66vs376.77 ±78.10,P < 0.05)and the 6 dimensions of family members’ sense of benefit from disease were acceptance(intervention group VS control group,11.97± 1.39vs8.22 ±2.20,P < 0.05),family relationship(intervention group VS control group,8.21±1.03VS5.55±2.00,P < 0.05),worldview(intervention group VS control group,16.36± 1.68vs10.95 ±3.38,P <0.05),personal growth(intervention group VS control group,28.52± 2.61vs19.33 ±5.65,P < 0.05),social relationships(intervention group vs.control group,12.31 ±1.40VS8.44 ± 2.52,P < 0.05),and health behaviors(intervention group vs.control group,12.14±1.30VS8.29±2.81,P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The application of lung rehabilitation training under the collaborative nursing mode in the perioperative period of patients after lung cancer surgery can effectively improve patients’ self-care ability, save medical and health human resources, and improve patients’ health behaviors.2.Pulmonary rehabilitation training under the cooperative nursing mode can significantly improve the self-efficacy of patients after lung cancer surgery, improve the patient’s hospitalization experience, and enhance the ability of self-care.3.Pulmonary rehabilitation training under the cooperative nursing mode can significantly improve the 6-minute walk test of lung cancer patients after surgery.By improving the cardiopulmonary function of patients after surgery, the quality of life of patients after surgery can be improved and the recovery of social function can be increased.4.Pulmonary rehabilitation training under the collaborative nursing mode can significantly improve the disease benefit dimensions of patients’ family members after lung cancer surgery, and enhance the ability of patients’ family members to cope with the disease.5.Pulmonary rehabilitation training under the cooperative nursing mode is beneficial and safe for patients after lung cancer surgery. It can not only improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients, but also improve the self-nursing ability of patients and their families. |
