ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of home rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?COPD?.To analyze the effects of disease on lung function, activity endurance and quality of life.To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for lung function and quality of life on patients with stabilization period of COPD;To provide a reference for the development of continuous comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions and health education processesfor patientswith COPDinNingxia.Method Using the Convenient sampling method,98 patients with COPD who were admitted to Athird-grade hospital in Ningxia from January 9,2017 to January 31,2017 and met the inclusion criteria, they were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group?49 in each group?.Patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation guidance, and patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation guidance.Rehabilitation status, lung function value?FEV1/FVC,FEV1%predicted value?,modified medical research council scale?MMRC?,BODE index score, six minutes walking distance?6MWD?,Borg score,BMI,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test score?CAT?,etc, were evaluated at the beginning and after intervention for 3 months and 6 months;self-rating anxiety scale score?SAS?,geriatric depression score?GDS?were evaluated at the beginning and after intervention for 6 months, and theneffects oftwo groupswerecompared after thoseinterventions finished.Results1.A total of 96 patients with COPD were enrolled and completed in this study, including 66 males?68.7%?and 30 females?31.3%?;aged form 60 to 86 years,?70.91±7.28?years on averagemean;the mean disease duration was?6.01±4.49?years;annual mean frequency of acute hospitalization was?2.44±0.66?times,averagehospitalization?13.36±3.31?days.2.The mean BMI was?22.15±3.12?Kg/m2,average mMRC score was?2.31±0.89?,the ratio of FEV1/FVC was?60.01±6.01?%,and FEV1%pred was?45.52±5.67?%,15 people failed to complete the6-minute walking distance test, theothers werecompleted, theaverage distance was?306.48±111?meters,themeanBorg scorewas?2.25±0.86?points,and theaverageCATscorewas?20.73±6.58?points.3.Before the intervention, baseline data such as general data, disease data, etc.)of the two groups werebalanced andcomparable?P>0.05?.4.After 3 months and 6 months of intervention, the lung function?FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred?,rehabilitation status and implementation of the intervention group were better than those of the control group?P<0.05?.5.After 3 months of intervention, the 6MWD of the intervention group was superior to the control group?P<0.05?,and the Borg score of the intervention group was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.6.After 6 months of intervention, the occurrence and degree of psychological disorders?anxiety, depression?,the severity of disease?BODE total score and score for each item?and the quality of life?CAT total score and score for each item?of the intervention group was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusions1.Patients with COPD in the stable phase of C and D are in serious condition and need to carry out comprehensiverehabilitationcare;2.Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the occurrence and degree of psychological disorders such asanxiety and depression inpatientswith stable COPD;3.Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can mitigate the occurrence and obstacles of psychological disorders such asanxiety and depression inpatientswith stable COPD.4.Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote patients with stable COPD to increase healthy behavior, improve exercise endurance, delay lung function decline, improve malnutrition, and improve quality oflife.
