Objective: To evaluate the serology, endoscopy and histology of chronic gastritis, detect Helicobacter pylori by 14 C breath test, analyze the relationship between Hp infection, serum pepsin and different OLGA / OLGIM stages in the progress of gastritis. Methods: from November 2017 to December 2019,patients who were hospitalized in the digestive department of the people's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for gastroscopy and pathological biopsy diagnosis of chronic gastritis were selected as the research objects. The endoscopic morphological data, biopsy pathological report, serum pepsinogen test results and Hp test were collected, and Olga and OLGIM were performed on all patients The relationship between age,Hp infection rate and pepsinogen was analyzed. Results: among the 288 patients,54,45,32,35 and 22 were in Olga stage 0,stage I,stage II,stage III and stage IV respectively;64,39,34 and 32 were in OLGIM stage 0,stage I,stage II,stage III and stage IV respectively,According to Pearson correlation analysis, age was positively correlated with OLGA stage(r = 0.522786,P < 0.001),OLGIM stage(r = 0.484244,P < 0.001),Olga stage III(60%)and IV(77.3%)respectively The infection rate of H.pylori in OLGIM stage III(65.6%)and IV(78.9%)was higher than that in OLGIM stage 0(34.4%),stage I(41%)and stage II(38.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in serum PGI ? PGII and PGR among OLGA and OLGIM stages(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Serum PGI and PGR were negatively correlated with OLGA and OLGIM stages, while PGII was not correlated with OLGA and OLGIM stages. With the increase of age and HP infection rate,OLGA and OLGIM stages of chronic gastritis showed an increasing trend...
