Objective:To explore the value of CT 3d reconstruction combined with PET/CT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules. Methods:A total of55 patients with pulmonary nodules found by chest CT plain scan in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected, and further coronary, sagittal and VR CT 3d reconstruction of pulmonary nodules were performed by the workstation. All patients underwent PET/CT examination at the same time. The results of the above 55patients were confirmed by pathology, among which 20 were benign and 35 were malignant.?1?to compare the detection rate of pulmonary nodules by axial CT scan and three-dimensional CT reconstruction of the chest;?2?to compare the imaging features of pulmonary nodules and the difference of SUVmax value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules;?3?to compare the analysis results and pathological results of various scanning methods and evaluate their diagnostic efficacy.Results:?1?compared with the axial chest CT scan group, the difference in the display rate of pulmonary nodules in the three dimensional CT reconstruction group was statistically significant in the foliation sign, pleural traction sign, vascular cluster sign and bronchial gas phase, while the difference in the display rate of cavitation sign and burr sign was not statistically significant;?2?pulmonary nodules diameter, foliation, burr, pleural depression, vascular cluster, and SUVmax showed statistically significant differences in the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules, while vacuoles and bronchial gas phase showed no statistically significant differences in the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules;?3?the sensitivity of chest CT axial scan,CT 3d reconstruction,PET/CT and CT3d reconstruction combined with PET/C to the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules was57.14%,85.71%,88.57%and 97.14%,respectively,and the specificity was 70.00%,65.00%,40.00%and 70.00%,and the accuracy was 61.81%,78.18%,70.91%and87.27%,respectively.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules,CT 3d reconstruction technology can provide more valuable image information, and CT combined with PET/CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary nodules.
