Research purposes:Football is a complex,time-consuming and fierce competition event.In the process of sports,energy consumption is high,the burden of bone and joint is heavy,and the risk of injury is high.Common injuries in football include knee instability,ankle sprain,muscle strain,etc.Sports injury will affect the training process and competition results,and ultimately affect the competitive ability of athletes.The functional movement screen(FMS)is a tool to evaluate motor dysfunction,and its results can also provide an important basis for the prevention of motor injury and the prediction of motor function.When used as a part of comprehensive evaluation,FMS can provide personalized,specific and functional suggestions for physical training of sports crowd.Although the relationship between FMS scores and injuries has been widely studied,the relationship between FMS scores and sports injuries among male college students is still unknown.In this paper,through the functional action screening of football special college students,the weak chain of their own actions and the limitations of their body actions are found in time,and the correction training plan is formulated in combination with football special technology and sports injury rehabilitation principle,so as to improve the physical quality,promote the standardization of football technical actions,reduce the potential risk of sports injury,and prevent the football special science of college students The injury of students and scientific training in the future provide theoretical basis and practical basis.Research methods:Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,FMS functional movement screening and mathematical statistics,90 male football students of 2016,2017 and 2018 from Wuhan Institute of physical education were selected as the experimental subjects to carry out the functional movement screening(FMS),and at the same time,their sports injuries were investigated by self-made questionnaire to study and analyze the sports injuries of football students History and FMS.Then,according to the results of FMS and questionnaire,combined with football special technology and the principle of sports injury rehabilitation,the corrective training plan is made.70 football majors with a history of sports injury wererandomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(n = 35)and the control group(n =35).The control group only received routine training.Besides the routine training,the experimental group received correction training for 8 weeks,6 times a week and 30 minutes each time.After the last training for 24 hours,the second functional sports screening(FMS)was carried out,and the two FMS were analyzed and compared.The results are as follows:1.The scores of FMS subtest(squat test,hurdle test,linear lunge test,active straight leg raising test,trunk stability push-up test and rotation stability test)and comprehensive scores of the athletes with history of sports injury were significantly lower than those of the students with history of non-destructive injury(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in the activity test(P > 0.05),and the comprehensive score of FMS of football students with injury history was less than 14 points.A series of studies have found that there is a link between FMS comprehensive score and injury risk in different populations.These studies show that the risk of injury increases when FMS score is less than or equal to 14 chapters.2.Compared with the control group,the test scores of FMS and the comprehensive scores of FMS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),and the comprehensive scores were more than 14.Compared with the control group,the test scores of FMS and the comprehensive scores of FMS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01),There was no significant difference before the experiment(P > 0.05).Research conclusions:1.The pre injury of football students in Wuhan Institute of physical education is related to the decrease of FMS score.2.The students who have a history of sports injury have poor balance ability,lower limb stability and flexibility.FMS can be used to detect the weak chain of football students.3.After the correction training,the movement mode of football college students is improved,the core stability,the stability and flexibility of lower limbs are increased,and the score of FMS is significantly improved,which indicates that the risk of football injury is reduced.
