China fire rescue team is a comprehensive rescue team,which not only needs to be responsible for fire prevention and firefighting,but also bears the important responsibility of dealing with other disasters and accidents.The physical condition of firefighters directly determines whether the emergency rescue work can be carried out successfully.Existing literature shows that long-term heavy load,high strength training and work brings a lot of sports injuries to firefighters,presents higher damage probability and more injury sorts.At the same time,long-term training and working with injury is not only inefficient,also easy to cause the injury worse,threatening the fireman's health and people's life and property safety.Research objective:to explore the application value of functional movement screen combined with corrective training in preventing sports injuries of firefighters.Based on the data of functional movement screen,to analyze the reasons of the injury and to design and implement the corrective training program in combination with the corrective strategy,to test the effect of functional movement screen combined with corrective training on optimizing the quality of motion pattern and reducing the risk of sports injury.This article uses the literature material method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,experimental method and other research methods,select a representative,the 1stsquadronin the city fire detachment as the research object,to operate functional movement screen with the 1 stsquadron 20 firefighters and to analyze the test data and to design and implement corrective training.After 12 weeks experimental intervention for functional movement screen again,using SPSS20.O software to do the comparative analysis with test results before and after the experiment.Research results:(1)Results of functional movement screen before the experiment:the average total score of functional movement screen before the experiment was9.00 points,which was lower than the average risk cut-off point:14 points;Single score is all below 2 cut-off line,shoulder mobility averaged 1.55 points,take the initiative to active straight leg raise averaged 1.95 points,trunk stability averaged 0.85 points and rotary stability averaged 1.50 points,points before and after in-line lunge averaged 1.30 points,hurdle step averaged 1.10 points,deep squat averaged 0.75 points.(2)Post-experiment functional movement screen results:the average total score of post-experiment functional movement screen for firefighters was 14.06 points,which is higher than the average risk cut-off point:14 points.Two of the individual scores were lower than the cut-off line(2 points).The average score of the shoulder mobility was 1.95 points,and the average score of deep squat was 1.90 points.The rest 5 items are all more than or equal to the 2 points cut-off line.The average score of the test is 2.15 points for active straight leg raise,2.30 points for the trunk stability,2.00 points for the rotation stability,2.00 points for in-line lunge,and 2.30 points for hurdle step.(3)Comparative analysis of functional movement screen results before and after the experiment:Compared with before experiment,after firefighters functional movement screen total score has a extremely significant difference(P<0.001),the shoulder flexibility has a significant difference(P<0.05),active straight leg raise has no statistically difference(P>0.05),trunk stability has a extremely significant difference(P<0.001),rotational stability has a very significant difference(P<0.01),in-line lunge has a extremely significant difference(P<0.001).There was a significant difference in the average score of hurdle step(P<0.001)and the average score of deep squat(P<0.001).Research conclusions:(1)By functional movement screen of firefighters before the experiment,it is found that the overall movement quality was poor,the average score of the total score and the average score of each item were low,and the risk of sports injury was high.The three parts with high probability of injury is shoulders,trunk and lower limbs respectively.(2)Through the comparative analysis of the results of functional movement screen data of firefighters before and after the experiment,it is found that corrective training can help firefighters improve the average score and average score of the total functional movement screen score,optimize the quality of movement mode,and reduce the risk of sports injury.Corrective training has different degrees of improvement effect on the seven movement modes,and has extremely significant effect on the improvement of the four movement modes of deep squat,hurdle step,forward and in-line lunge,and trunk stability push up movement mode.It has a very significant effect on improving the quality of rotary stability.It has a significant effect on improving the quality of shoulder flexibility movement mode.There was no significant effect on the improvement of the quality of active straight leg raise movement mode.
