Background and ObjectivesOvarian cancer is a common malignant tumor of department of gynecology,and its morbidity is located in the third of gynecologic malignant tumors,but its case fatality rate is among the top of the gynecology malignant tumor.According to the statistics,there is about 15000 women die of it in our country each year,accounting for 6%of the total number of death from cancer.Because its early symptom is not obvious and hard to detect,also known as"cold killer".Classification of ovarian tumor is more,and epithelial ovarian cancer is 85%90%of the ovarian malignant tumor.To achieve the purpose of early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,we need a lot of studies on ovarian tumor markers.This article mainly discusses pIgR/SC and IgA's expression and correlation in normal ovarian tissue,benign ovarian tumor tissue and epithelial ovarian cancer,in order to preferably diagnose and cure epithelial ovarian cancer.Materials and MethodsThe 114 cases ovarian tissue paraffin embedding specimens were randomly selected from obstetrics and gynecology of Liao Cheng City's hospital from January 2010 to Janua-ry2015,including 15 cases of normal ovarian,the median age is 44?36 to 48 years old?;23cases of ovarian benign tumors,the median age is 42?28-54 years of age?;and 76 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,The median age is 50?37-58years of age?;In the epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,the tissue types are divided into serous cystadenocarcinoma 33 cases,muco-us cystadenocarcinoma 28 cases,and other types 15 cases;According to FIGO staging standard,the cancer tissue is divided into 62 cases of stage?+?,phaseIII+IV14 cases;Ac-cording to histological grade,it is also divided into well-differentiated groups 18 cases,58cases of poorly differentiated group;46 cases of ascites cytology negative,positive periton-eal cytology in 30 cases;Postoperative pathology confirmed that there are 25 cases of lym-ph node metastasis,51 cases with no lymph node metastasis.All of the patients have no preoperative chemotherapy and radiation therapy,or previous history of benign and malignant tumors.All types of pathological tissue are fixed by neutral formaldehyde and embeded by paraffin,cut into 46 microns thickness of slice,kept at 4?.After paraffin section,we adopt SP method of immunohistochemical staining,and observe and count pIgR/SC and IgA's expression in normal ovarian tissue,epithelial ovarian benign tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer tissue under the microscope.Last,we will adopt chi-square test,Fisher's accurate test and Spearman rank correlation analysis to analyze the experimental data.Results1.pIgR/SC protein positive staining in the cytoplasm,present clsybank granule;IgA protein staining in the cytoplasm and nucleus or cancer cells outside a few exists in the form of production,present clsybank granule too;2.pIgR/SC is positive expression in normal ovarian tissue,ovarian benign tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,The total positive rate are 13.33%,47.83%and 73.68%,respectively;3.The differential expression of pIgR/SC protein in three groups of ovarian tissue has statistical significance??2=21.043,P=0.000?;the normal ovarian group compared with the epithelial ovarian cancer group,the difference is statistically significant??2=19.741,P=0.000?;the normal ovarian group compa-red with the ovarian benign tumor group,the difference is statistically significant??2=4.799,P=0.028?;the ovarian benign tumor group compared with the epithelial ovarian cancer group,the difference is statistically significant??2=5.397,P=0.020?;according to the result of Spearman correlation analysis,pIgR/SC positive expression is positively correl-ated with the degree of ovarian lesions?rs=0.430,P=0.000?;4.IgA is positive expression in normal ovarian tissue,ovarian benign tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,and the total positive rate are 6.7%,21.74%and 75%,respectively;5.The differential expression of IgA protein in three groups of ovarian tissue is not all the same;the normal ovarian group compared with the epithelial ovarian cancer group,the difference is statistically significant??2=25.309,P=0.000?;the normal ovarian group compared with the ovarian benign tumor group,the difference is not statistically significant??2=1.551,P=0.213?;the ovarian benign tumor group compared with the epithelial ovarian cancer group,the difference is statistically significant??2=21.399,P=0.000?;6.pIgR/SC protein's expression in epithelial ovarian cancer have nothing to do with the patients'age,FIGO stage,lymph node meta-stasis and ascites cytology,but it is associated with histological type and histological grade;pIgR/SC protein's positive expression rate in serous ovarian expression is significantly lower than mucinous ovarian cancer and other types of ovarian cancer,the difference is not statistically significant?Z=-3.028,P=0.002;Z=-1.971,P=0.049?,but mucinous ovarian cancer's positive expression compare to other types ovarian cancer's has no significant difference?Z=-0.380,P=0.704?;and its positive expression rate in the well histologic grade group?G1?is higher than that in the high differentiated group?G2+G3??Z=-3.628,P=0.000?;7.IgA protein's expression in epithelial ovarian cancer have nothing to do with the patients'age,histological type,lymph node metastasis and ascites cytology,either,but it is associated with FIGO stage and histological grade;IgA protein's positive expression rate in stage?+?is higher than that in stage?+?group?Z=-3.275,P=0.010?,and its positive expression rate in the high histologic grade group?G2+G3?is higher than that in the well differentiated group?G1??Z=-2.547,P=0.011?;8.According to the spearman rank correlation analysis,the result displayed that the two variables were significantly moderate correlated with expression in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues?rs=0.626,P=0.000?.Conclusions1.pIgR/SC has obvious difference expression in epithelium ovarian tumors,but it has nothing to do with FIGO clinical stage,and this prompts its expression occurred in the early days of the tumor,thus it is speculated that early detection can be used as biological indicators of ovarian cancer diagnosis;2.IgA protein's expression has something to do with epithelial ovarian cancer FIGO staging and its organization classification,this prompts IgA may participate in the develop-ment and the infiltration process of tumor;3.pIgR/SC and IgA was positively related to both in expression,but the synergy effect is not obvious,the joint detection of both evaluation may have reference value to the diag-nosis of ovarian cancer stage of development.
