The Effect Of Taiqi Pei-yuan Granule On The Difference Protein Of HIV-infected Patients

Objective:To explore the possible target and mechanism of Taiqi Pei-yuan granule in HIV-infected patients through the case observation of Taiqi Pei-yuan granule in HIV infection and the effect of Taiqi Pei-yuan granule on the differential protein in HIV-infected patients.Methods:The prospective cohort study was divided into two groups according to the increase of CD4~+T cell count>50 and the increase of CD4~+T cell count<50 after the end of six months of treatment.According to the principle of age and gender matching,five samples were selected and divided into the treatment effective group and the invalid treatment group.Through CD4+T lymphocyte count,TCM syndrome total score,and other indicators,the case study was observed,and two serum samples were saved before and after treatment.Again according to the principle of matching selected untreated HIV-infected and healthy control group of 5 patients,and retain a serum sample.Differential protein analysis and systematic biological analysis were performed on all serum samples.Results:1.There was significant difference in the change of CD4~+T lymphocyte count before treatment and after treatment between the effective treatment group and the ineffective treatment group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the total score of the TCM symptoms(P>0.05);2.Before and after treatment comparison,for the treatment effective group,the increase of CD4~+T lymphocyte count and the decrease of total score of TCM symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05);for the invalid treatment group,CD4~+T lymphocyte count was significantly lower(P<0.05),the total score of TCM symptoms was decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);for the total sample,CD4~+T lymphocyte count changes was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the total score of TCM symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05).3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no significant difference between CD4~+T lymphocyte count and TCM symptom score(P>0.05),for the treatment effective group,for the invalid treatment group and for the total sample.4.The total number of four samples identified 412 proteins.A total of 53 differential proteins were found among A,B,C and D groups.The number of differential proteins among A,C and D was 49,while the number of differential proteins among B,C and D was 37.5.The main differences between patient groups and healthy individuals are the cellular immune responses,phagocytosis,complement activation systems,and Fc receptor signaling pathways.There is a clear difference between the metabolism of lipoproteins between patients who are effective and ineffective in treatment.Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Peiyuan Granule can improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and regulate immune function;2.Taiqi Peiyuan Granule is likely to have a therapeutic effect through the reconditioning of the phospholipid transport process in hiv-infected patients.
