Hiv / Aids Infection And Prevalence Survey In Shanxi Province, And Different Groups Of T Lymphocyte Subsets Of The Study

Objective:(1) According to the annual report of 2009,analyzing popular characteristcs and tendency of HIV/AIDS many years in Shanxi province, it provides science evidence in order to prevent control strategy. (2) To observe the change process of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of immune state of healthy people, HIV infected patients, AIDS patients in Shanxi province. (3) To look into the clinical effection of AIDS HAART.Methods:(1) According to the epidemic monitor datas (infected,pathogenesis,death data) of the report in Centers for disease control and prevention from January 1st 2009 to December 31st 2009,it ranges from 11 cities to 111 provinces,anayzing epidemiology rely on epidemic monitor data in 19.95-2009.(2) Respectively check out the CD4+,CD8+ absolute lymphocyte Peripheral blood among of 222 cases healthy people,270 cases asymptomatic HIV infected patients,171 cases AIDS patients in Shanxi with BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer equipment, and statistics analyzing.(3)To count the CD4+, CD8+ lymphocyte about the patient before cure,cure 3,6,9,12 months with BD FACSCalibur flow cytometer equipment check and accept HAART and statistics analyzing.Results:(1) Popular features of HIV/AIDS in shanxi province:the distribution of HIV/AIDS epidemics range is widely,all of the 11 cities,111 provinces have HIV infected patients,but it persent focal, part of the province pathogene focus highly; the teenager and adults are the major infected people; male is much more than the female,apperently, female infected is increasing recently; the majority of spread way is sex spread and blood spread;in the origin of people group, the majority is preoperative testing of clinical institutions, other patients and test counseling. (2) HIV asymptomatic infection people and AIDS patients CD4+T lymphocyte subsets and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ is lower than healthy people apperently (P<0.01); HIV infected people CD8+T lymphocyte subsets are higher than healthy people and AIDS patients (P<0.01); the count of the CD4+T lymphocyte subsets is decreased apperently than HIV infected patients with desease progress, (3) After AIDS patients accept HAART, CD4+T lymphocyte subsets, the count of CD4+T lymphocyte subsets are increased.Conclusions:(1) The situation of Shanxi province HIV/AIDS is terrible. It must be focus on grasping to prevent services of AIDS. (2)T lymphocyte subsets immunologic condition as the AIDS degree of disease progression majority data. (3) It is benefit to treat immunologic rebuild of AIDS patients with HAART.
