Discussion On Professor WangJingqing's Experience In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Insomnia From The Perspective Of" Stomach Disharmony,Lying Restless "Based On Data Mining

Objective:From the perspective of "stomach disharmony,lying restless",this paper summarizes professor Wang Jingqing's outpatient medical case by means of data mining,inherits the clinical experience and academic thought of the tutor,and opens up a new way of thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia of clinical doctors.Method:First of all,I collected,sorted out and summarized part of the insomnia records of professor Wang Jingqing from September 2017 to December 2019 by taking advantage of the time I spent with professor Wang Jingqing in her outpatient clinic to copy prescriptions.Then,I conducted preliminary screening,including diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostic criteria of western medicine,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Then,I set up a database of all the data of 249 qualified cases and 412 medical cases through Microsoft Excel 2010 software,and used SPSS 22.0 software to collate and summarize the mining results.On this basis,I combed the data of 145 cases of "phlegm-heat syndrome" insomnia medical cases with 230 times of diagnosis,and excavated and processed the symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition,pathogenesis,prescriptions and other contents as well as the mutual connection in the medical cases.Finally,under the guidance of professor Wang Jingqing,I analyzed the data one by one,drew conclusions and guided the clinical practice.In addition,I sorted out several medical cases with significant curative effects,conducted a full text deconstruction study,and summarized the rule of treatment.Result:1.145 patients included 51 males and 94 females aged 15-88 years;2.Tongue is mainly characterized by qualitative red,qualitative light red,qualitative dark red and qualitative fat,with frequencies of 64.35%,18.26%,9.57%and 7.39%respectively.Tongue coating is mainly characterized by thin yellow coating,thin yellow coating,yellow coating and thin white coating,with frequencies of 41.30%,25.65%,6.52%and 6.09%respectively;3.Pathological factors:phlegm heat is the main factor,but the simple phlegm heat syndrome shown by clinical insomnia patients is rare,often with other factors,such as water and humidity,blood stasis;4.The main pathogenesis is phlegm heat disturbance(99.13%),followed by qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and spleen deficiency(36.09%,33.91%and 24.35%respectively);5.The main symptoms are difficulty in falling asleep and easy to wake up,with frequencies of 80.87%and 40.43%respectively.The accompanied symptom are sweating,fatigue,constipation,palpitations,dizziness,anxiety,tolerance,headache,abdominal distension,and irritability,with the frequencies of 12.17%,11.74%,10.87%,10.87%,10.43%,9.57%,9.13%,8.70%,6.96%,and 6.52%,respectively;6.For the "sleeping restlessness" caused by "stomach disharmony",the tutor takes phlegm heat disturbing heart syndrome as the main syndrome type in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and the other syndromes included:liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach disharmony syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,and heart and spleen deficiency syndrome;7.There are mainly 15 kinds of high-frequency drugs whose frequency is more than 50%,which are listed from high to low:fushen,yuanzhi,shou wu teng,rhizoma coptidis,radix pseudostellariae,sauteed atractylodis,pinellia,salvia miltiorrhiza,bamboo shavings,jujube kernel,tangerine peel,acorus calamus,oyster,dragon bone,and liushen qu.Conclusion:Professor Wang Jingqing's syndrome differentiation insomnia follows the meaning of" stomach disharmony,lying restless ",mostly from the phlegm-heat disease mechanism,with heat removal and phlegm,peace of mind as the basic treatment,at the same time has tonic and stagnation,spleen and stomach,pay attention It has the characteristics of soothing the liver,promoting blood circulation without hurting the blood,being good at compatibility,and ingenious use of medicine.As a retrospective study,this article uses data mining to discuss the rules of the tutor's treatment based on the principle of "stomach discomfort,restlessness",which can provide new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia to a certain extent.
