Analysis Of Medical Cases Of Modern Famous Chinese Medical Specialist In Treating Disharmony Between Heart And Kidney Type Insomnia Based On Data Mining Techniques

Objective:Through the data mining method,To interpret the medical cases of the type of insomnia disharmony between heart and kidney of modern famous traditional Chinese medicine experts.With the "TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)" as the main means,To statistic and analyse the medical cases of the type of insomnia disharmony between heart and kidney treated by modern famous Chinese medicine.Mining the symptoms,the first prescription and other relevant information;And SPSS25.0 data analysis software was used as the assistant to conduct association analysis of drug-disease relationship.to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment and study of the type of insomnia disharmony between heart and kidney.Methods:1.Collect the literature of medical cases of modern famous traditional Chinese medicine experts in the treatment of the type of insomnia disharmony between heart and kidney.2.Pretreatment of medical cases.Digitize the samples of the collected medical cases,Standardization of input terms.and control the quality.3.Analyze the rule of drug formulation.Input medical records into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,establish a prescription information database of the type of insomnia disharmony between heart and kidney,using complex system entropy clustering,improved mutual information method and other data statistics methods,Statistics of common symptoms,patterns of symptoms,commonly used drugs,drug pairs,the four qi and five flavors of drugs and their meridian return,and To conduct association analysis,respectively,analyze the common treatment methods and core prescriptions.4.Analysis of drug-disease relationship.Use the SPSS25.0 software to performe a bivariate association analysis for high frequency drugs and symptoms.Results:The data set of the symptoms and prescriptions information of insomnia heart and kidney failure was established.Through data mining technology,the symptoms,medication rules and drug-disease relationship were statistically analyzed.There were 84 kinds of symptoms and 142 kinds of drugs.Among them,the most frequent symptoms were: thready pulse,dysphoria,red tongue,dizzines,rapid pulse,thin fur,wiry pulse,dryness in the mouth,dreaminess,white fur and so on;The more frequent patterns of symptoms are:red tonguedysphoria,dysphoria-dryness in the mouth,red tongue-dizziness,dysphoria-dreaminess,red tongue-dryness in the mouth and so on.Drugs with high frequency of use were:semen ziziphi spinosae,coptidis rhizoma,dried rehmannia root,vine of multiflower knotweed,white paeony root,oyster,colla corii asini,fossil fragments,Scutellariaand cassia.The main drugs are cold,mild,sweet and bitter medicine.Common pattern of drug use are:coptidis rhizoma-semen ziziphi spinosae,dried rehmannia root-semen ziziphi spinosae,semen ziziphi spinosae-vine of multiflower knotweed,coptidis rhizoma-dried rehmannia root and colla corii asini-coptidis rhizoma.The degree of correlation and interaction between drugs and symptoms were analyzed.Conclusion: There are three main common methods used by modern famous traditional Chinese medicine experts to treat insomnia disharmony between heart and kidney: mindtranquilizing therapy,nourishing the blood and tranquilization and Heat-clearing and calming method.The prescriptions involved in the treatment and treatment of this disease are mainly divided into four categories:clearing heart fire,nourishing kidney yin-huanglianejiao formula,tonify and nourishheart blood,clearing deficient heat-suanzaoren decoction,clearing heart fire,reinforce the kidney yang-jiaotai pill,nourishing yin and tonifying blood,rquiet the heart spirit-tianwang buxin pills.Forming many pairs of "disease-drug combination" and "drugdisease combination" with high correlation degree.Mainly includes:dysphoria-semen platycladi.dizzines-fossil fragments,dreaminess-fossil fragments,palpitation-oyster,vine of multiflower knotweed-be easily wakened,etc.The significance is that when this symptom occurs in an insomnia patients of disharmony between heart and kidney.In the treatment,there is a higher probability of using drugs with higher correlation coefficient.
