Objective: Autism in children is mainly manifested in social communication disorders, verbal and non-verbal communication disorders, narrow interests and repetitive behaviors.Currently, autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a subtype. Its etiology is complex, early diagnosis is difficult,if not timely diagnosis and treatment, will affect the children’s learning and daily life.To analyze the correlation between exposure factors before and during pregnancy and the occurrence of autism, and to explore the relatively clear risk factors before and during pregnancy for children with autism,is helpful to clarify the causes of childhood autism, which may be related to some factors before and during pregnancy. It provides direction for the establishment of early screening system and prevention of autism in the future. Methods: This research adopts the 1:1 case-control study to retrospective analysis, the method of collecting between January 2019 and October 2019 to Yangzhou eyas children development center and health care of women and children health care department of Yangzhou outpatient rehabilitation treatment of 189 cases children with autism as a group,to collect in the same period to Subei people’s hospital for regular physical examination of 189 cases of healthy children as the control group.Based on the literature of autism, and possible risk factors for autism compiled into the questionnaire, the mother of 378 subjects pregnancy and prenatal exposure factors investigation, questionnaire content mainly includes children’s basic situation, such as age, sex, birth weight, the presence of neonatal diseases and genetic disorders, etc.;Basic information of the mother before pregnancy, such as age,height,weight,pre-pregnancy residence, etc. The number of pregnancies and the history of diseases of the mother before pregnancy, such as menstrual cycle, the presence or absence of uterine leiomyoma, ovarian cyst, immune system diseases, and common chronic diseases;Maternal historyof illness during pregnancy, such as pregnancy cold, threatened abortion, gestational hypertension, umbilical cord around the neck;Maternal environmental and psychological factors during pregnancy, such as adverse family and work environment, psychological anxiety and depression during pregnancy. The information obtained in the questionnaire was sorted out and the statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS 22.0software.The measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x±s),the t-test was performed, the counting data were expressed as a percentage(%),the chi-suqare test was performed to calculate the odds ratio(OR)and the 95% confidence interval(95%CI).Finally,significant exposure factors in univariate analysis were selected for multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: After analyzing the basic information of children and mothers before pregnancy, the results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups.Line of maternal pregnancy and prenatal exposure factors after the single factor analysis, statistical differences between the two groups of factors are pregnancy history of menstruation to be not moved,a history of ovarian cyst before becoming pregnant, pregnancy folic acid deficiency, not folic acid during pregnancy, upper respiratory tract infection during pregnancy, threatened abortion, hyperemesis gravidarum, umbilical cord around the neck, spec. The single factor of the nine meaningful separately introduced equation, multifactor conditional logistic regression analysis, finally indicates the risk factors for autism children is: pregnancy without folic acid(OR=10.337,95%CI: 4.960~21.543),without folic acid during pregnancy(OR=14.608,95%CI: 3.564~59.876),upper respiratory tract infection during pregnancy(OR=3.168,95%CI: 1.792~5.601),hyperemesis gravidarum(OR=5.163,95%CI: 2.531~10.532),umbilical cord around the neck(OR=4.496,95%CI: 1.243~16.268).Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the risk factors for the development of autism after birth were the lack of folic acid supplementation before/during pregnancy, upper respiratory tract infection during pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum and umbilical cord around the neck. Therefore, before and during pregnancy, mothers should take folic acid by following the dietary intake of folicacid during pregnancy.Pregnant women to enhance the body immunity, especially in the early pregnancy in the high incidence of influenza season, should prevent infection and fever;Strengthen prenatal prenatal examination, reasonably and comprehensively supplement the required nutrition, adjust the state of mind during pregnancy, and avoid hyperemesis gravidarum caused by early mental stress and anxiety of pregnant women; The state should strengthen the work of early childhood autism screening publicity, for the pregnancy of children with the above-mentioned risk factors of autism should pay more attention to the problems in their early development,to do early detection, early prevention.
