ObjectiveAt the Background of Combination of Medial and Health Care,Demand-oriented compilation of scientific, systematic, and health-care needs assessment questionnaires for the disabled in the home in accordance with China's conditions Provide reference for the elderly health service system.MethodsBased on literature review,semi-structured interviews with patients with disabled home-based elderly, patient interviews, and group discussions,an index pool of health management needs assessments for disabled home-based elderly was developed, and an expert letter questionnaire was formed. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with relevant experts, and based on the opinions provided by the experts, group discussions, and screening entries,an initial questionnaire was finally formed. The initial questionnaire was used to pre-test 30home-disabled elderly people to further improve the language expression of the entries. The convenience sampling method was used to select 235 disabled elderly people who lived at home in 5 community health service centers in 2 administrative districts of Dalian as a research object, and further selected items by the correlation coefficient method, threshold value method, and Cronbach coefficient method. The validity of the questionnaire was verified using content validity and structural validity, and the reliability of the questionnaire was verified using internal consistency reliability and retesting reliability to form a health management needs assessmentquestionnaire for the disabled elderly at home.ResultsAfter two rounds of consultations with experts, the effective recovery rates of the questionnaire were 100% and 94.44%,respectively,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.87,indicating that the experts were highly motivated and authoritative.Coordination coefficients for the evaluation of indicators at all levels by experts in the two rounds were 0.300-0.370 and 0.322?0.384,both P<0.001,indicating that the expert opinions tended to be consistent, and the expert opinions were well coordinated. Finally, there were 4 dimensions and 36 items. The initial questionnaire was composed and tested for reliability and validity. After the validity test, the overall content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.988,and the item level content validity index was 0.800 ?1.000.The exploratory factor molecule finally determined 4 common factors, which cumulatively explained the variation of 58.75%;the correlation coefficient between the total questionnaire and each dimension was0.696?0.937,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension of the questionnaire was 0.412?0.680,all P <0.001.The reliability test results show that the overall Cronbach's ? coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.957,the Cronbach's ? system of each dimension of the questionnaire is 0.803?0.947,the overall retest reliability of the questionnaire is 0.898,and the retest reliability of each dimension is 0.710?0.872.Good reliability and validity, including 4 dimensions,34 items of home management disabled elderly health management needs assessment questionnaire.ConclusionThe health management needs assessment questionnaire prepared for the disabled elders at home in this study includes four dimensions and 34 items including physical health needs, mental and psychological health needs, environmental health needs, and health education knowledge needs. The content of the compilation is objective, effective, and in line with China's national conditions, and has good reliability and validity. It can be used as an assessment tool for the health management needs assessment of disabled home-based elderly in China, and can provide a reference basis for the development of health services. It has certain practicality andvalue.
